AirAsia X Berhad (Malaysia) introduction

AirAsia X is a low-cost long-haul flights airline based in Malaysia. The company was established in 2007 and operates flights between Asia and Oceania with a fleet of 11 planes. It is the international arm of the AirAsia brand and has flights from Malaysia to Beijing, Shanghai, Osaka, Sydney, Jeddah and Istanbul, in addition to its growing list of international flight destinations.

  • Chengdu Airlines, formerly known as United Eagle Airlines, is a Sichuan-based airline that operates out of Chengdu. It is privately owned and was established in 2004, beginning flights in 2005. Today, the airline has a fleet of 11 planes and flies to 15 cities in Mainland China.

  • Malaysia Airlines is the flag carrier for Malaysia, operating flights from Kuala Lumpur International Aiport. The airline operates Southeast Asia flights, East Asia flights, South Asia flights and Middle East flights as well as the "kangaroo route" between Europe and Australasia. Trans-Pacific destinations include Los Angeles and Tokyo.

  • China Southern Airlines is the sixth largest airline in the world and is Asia's largest. The airline is based out of Guangzhou, and its major hubs are the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport and the Beijing Capital International Airport. A relatively young airline, China Southern was established in 1988 and has grown in the decades since to serve 121 destinations. The airline operates domestic China flights and international routes around the world.
