American Airlines is the world's largest airline in both passenger capacity and fleet size, offering domestic flights throughout the United States, as well as flights to Canada, Latin America, western Europe, Japan, China, and India. American Airlines flies to more than 260 cities in 40 countries around the world.   • Air New Zealand is the flag carrier for New Zealand, operating a fleet of 52 aircraft with domestic New Zealand flights and cargo flights as well as international passenger transport and cargo. The airline predomintely offers Australasia flights and the South Pacific flights, along with long-haul flights from New Zealand to Asia, Europe and North America. Air New Zealand is a member of the Star Alliance so passengers can gain frequent flier miles and other benefits between other member airlines.

  • Austrian Airlines is the flag carrier for Austria headquartered at Vienna International Airport. The airline is a member of the Star Alliance and operates to over 130 destinations in Europe, Africa, the Americas, Asia and Russia. The fleet consists of 79 aircraft. Lufthansa purchased the airline in September 2009.

  • Lucky Air, established in 2004, was originally known as Shilin Airlines. Lucky Air is owned by Hainan Airlines, Shanxi Airlines and Yunnan Shilin Tourism Aviation and operates out of Kunming Wujiaba International Airport in Yunnan Province. In addition to providing domestic China flights from Kunming to Dali and Xishuangbanna, Lucky Air also operates as a cargo carrier.

    All Nippon Airways (ANA, Zennikku) is one of the largest airlines in Japan, headquartered in Tokyo. ANA operates flights to 49 destinations in Japan and 31 international routes. ANA has a fleet of 180 aircraft and is a member of the Star Alliance, which gives their passengers access to benefits like frequent flier miles among alliance member airlines.

  • China Southern Airlines is the sixth largest airline in the world and is Asia's largest. The airline is based out of Guangzhou, and its major hubs are the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport and the Beijing Capital International Airport. A relatively young airline, China Southern was established in 1988 and has grown in the decades since to serve 121 destinations. The airline operates domestic China flights and international routes around the world.
