Jody at the front desk was professional and friendly. The bathtub was the best thing about our stay and the fact that it's pet friendly. The breakfast is advertised as ”International” but nothing is even remotely on an international standard, bland, mediocre and poorly managed. It is listed as RMB85 but is more in a RMB30-40 range. The restaurant staff is not professional. They should be able to help guests that aren't on the prepaid list without making a scene. Using the spa facilities was a bit of a mission. You have to phone reception and then they send a staff member to the spa desk. Everything is turned off so it takes a while to heat up. The jacuzzi was a bit cold and not that enjoyable. The sauna was awesome. Only one elevator was working (out of three) so expect to wait between 5 and 10 minutes each time.

The location was great, but there is now private beach as stated. The room did not have a balcony it was built closed with windows, could only see the sea view when you stand at the window and it was obstructed by newly built apartments. I booked the Family Twin room, which states 2 Queen beds and located on 34F. The room was on 16th floor and I had 1 queen bed and 1 sofa opened up to a bed. The windows were not clean, still had fingers and had marks from previous renters, the kettle was broken so the boiling water spilled and burned me. The pots provided were dirty from previous use, the basin tap in the bathroom was too close to the basin so I had to use a cup to rinse my mouth, and the shower head points at the door that does not seal properly, so after a shower the room is flooded with water. Overall, unpleasant, only stayed 2 nights of the 4 nights I paid and booked and now I can’t get a refund 😢 位置很好，但现在有一个私人海滩。这个房间没有阳台，是用窗户封闭的，只有站在窗户前才能看到海景，而且被新建的公寓挡住了。我订了双床家庭房，有两张床，位于34楼。房间在16层，我有一张双人床和一张沙发。窗户不干净，还有以前房客留下的手指和痕迹，水壶坏了，烧开的水洒了出来，烫伤了我。脏从先前的使用提供的盆,浴室里的盆龙头太靠近盆地所以我不得不使用一个杯子清洗我的嘴,和淋浴头点在门口,没有很好地密封,所以在淋浴房间充斥着水。总的来说，不愉快，我付了4晚的房费，只住了2晚，现在我不能得到退款😢

The room was ok, clean. The location is good quite close to the Veneza place and subway. Was not so easy to find the front door. The main issue was that the hot water finished during the bath. Needed to wait 20 minutes to come back.

I spent three nights at this property and must admit it was way beyond my expectations. I didn't get the right room on my first night though. They told me the room I booked wasn't available until the next day. So they gave me an upgrade for the night but eventually moved to my Seaview room the following morning at about 10 AM. Everything was nice but for the fact that I asked for my room to be cleaned but came back to an uncleaned room. The cleaners simply emptied the trash can and that was it. They didn't clean the bathroom. They didn't mop the floor. But for this every other thing was just fine.

From the start of our stay the staff were kind, friendly and helpful. They are also fluent in English and were able to suggest many different activities in and around the area. The facilities are clean and the swimming pool is a great place to relax. The hotel is located close to many different restaurants and coffee shops. They also have bikes you can use to explore the scenery. I would definitely go back and recommend this place for everyone!

The location is excellent and it is very close to the North Station. The guesthouse does not include meals. It is very suitable for bringing the baby. I think the movie room is very good. Go downstairs from the hotel to the Northbound business district. The snacks inside are delicious. There is also Qiansheng Department Store, Bitang Park, and Beiling Park nearby. The transportation is very convenient. It is about 900m away from the Yangtze River Station subway entrance. The boss is nice and the work efficiency is quite high. I will visit again next time. I wish you a prosperous business💰💰💰

The place is conveniently located . Close to all the Shenyang north station and Shenyang station! Beiling park is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. I studied in Shenyang and was back for the National holiday so I definitely recommend this place for its location! Also the subway station and bus stop are a few minutes walk from the apartment . Apart from that , the apartment is so beautiful, the views are really great ! Had a cook out , played games and watched movies with some old friends . It was a great 4 nights 👍🏽

I think this is a great hotel if you want a bit of fun. I can't recommend it to foreigners because they for some reason require you to stay three nights but they don't tell you in advance. The bathroom is extremely smelly to the point where I had to complain but the lady just said to open the window. Otherwise the room is spacious and has a classical style with nice view since it's so high up. It is integrated into a mall and food Street but still bit far from a MTR station

It was a great trip. There is no difference between the photos and the room. The location is very good. It is close to the Venice Water City, the musical fountain, and the marina. The nearby scenery is super beautiful. The store's service attitude is also very good and very welcoming. The room has complete facilities and the same configuration as the hotel. , as well as a washing machine and refrigerator. It was a very good trip. It is worth choosing and recommending to everyone.
