Shanghai Disney Resort is a world-class family entertainment destination with opening in June 2016, imagined and created especially for the people of China. Ideal for multiple-day visits, the resort will include:
Shanghai Disneyland, a theme park with magical experiences for guests of all ages, consists of six themed lands: with the Enchanted Storybook Castle.
Two richly themed hotels, 420-room Shanghai Disneyland Hotel and the playful, 800-room Toy Story Hotel.
Disneytown, an international shopping, dining and entertainment district, adjacent to Shanghai Disneyland and including the Walt Disney Grand Theatre, home to the first-ever Mandarin production of the Broadway hit Disney’s THE LION KING.

－By subway: Shanghai Metro Line 11, Disney Resort Station. Shanghai Disneyland, Disneytown and Wishing Star Park are all within walking distance from the metro station.
－By bus or taxi: Take a taxi or local bus that will drop you at the transport hub located in the middle of Disney Resort. From there you can walk to Shanghai Disneyland, Disneytown and Wishing Star Park, or take a shuttle bus to the Resort hotels.
－By car: The resort offers plenty of parking space from where you can take a shuttle bus or a quick walk to the theme park, Disneytown and the Resort hotels.

Shanghai Disneyland 1-Day Standard Ticket

1.The passport number and name (Last name/First name Second name, e.g. Obama/Barack Hussein) of at least one guest must be provided while booking online. Passport numbers and names cannot be modified once the order is submitted. Ctrip will not refund any losses that result from incorrect or missing information.
2.Non-transferable. Non-refundable. Void if altered. The ticket is not valid for special events that require a separate admission charge.
3.Proof of identity and eligibility (i.e. passport) must be presented upon entry to redeem your ticket. The ticket must be used by the same person during its period of validity. Please present your ticket for reentry to the park on the same day. Passport holder must be the same person who provided their passport information online during the booking and should enter the park together with guests in the same booking. Tickets are limited to five per day for each passport holder.
4.Please ensure that details are entered correctly, particularly for the first guest (and second guest for groups of 6 or more people), as tickets will be booked under their passports. If this information is incorrect all guests booked under that passport will not be able to redeem their tickets.
5.Only credit card payments will be accepted. If payment fails, your booking will automatically be canceled. To ensure a smooth payment process, we recommend you contact your credit card provider in advance.
6.Tickets must be booked 2 days prior to your trip to Disneyland. The transaction will be processed once you have completed your booking and we'll contact you within 2 days. If your booking is successful, we will send you a confirmation email. If your booking is unsuccessful, we will refund you in full. 5 tickets per booking at most. Don't exceed this maximum, otherwise the booking will be canceled.
7.Standard admission: height of 1.4 m or taller, under the age of 65. Senior tickets non available on our website. Child admission: height between 1.0 m and 1.4 m. Child tickets can only be purchased by adult guests of 16 years or older; a child ticket holders must be accompanied by adult(s) to enter the park. Please pay the price difference at Disney Resort if you booked this ticket type by mistake. Infants and children shorter than 1.0 m may enter the park for free.
8.Information provided by Shanghai Disney Resort on the current day shall prevail.
- Children: 2-12 years old and shorter than 1.2m (3 ft 11 in)
- Each child must be accompanied by at least 1 adult.
- Prices for group products are fixed. For private products, the bigger the group the lower the price per person.
