• Ctrip named to Forbes "Best Under a Billion" list

  Forbes reviews over 12,000 listed medium and small companies from throughout the Asia Pacific region annually, presenting the Asia Top 200 "Best Under a Billion" every October. This year, to earn a spot on the list, companies had to achieve three consecutive years of sales and profit growth and be proven low-risk investments.

  Ctrip's high rate of growth and ability to introduce new travel products and services—including a range of low-price tours—in the face of global economic recession earned China's online travel leader its spot among the 2009 "Best Under a Billion."

• Travel Weekly China : Ctrip China's best online travel agency

  Travel Weekly China named Ctrip "China's Best Online Travel Agency" at the China Travel Industry Awards on September 7. Ctrip won the award for the second straight year.

  The annual China Travel Industry Awards are widely considered to be China's most authoritative travel industry awards. Winners are chosen on the basis of a three-month study conducted by professional panels and by votes from the public.

  We continue to expand our international flights online booking service, with over 80 routes departing from Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong, over 30 departing from Guangzhou and over 10 departing from Shenzhen.
