We stayed at this Marriott hotel during a spring family trip to Zurich. It was very reasonably priced for a family of four. The strengths of the hotel were its lounge, breakfast and service. The only downsides were a relatively small room, outdated fitness center and location outside the center. It appears to be in an emerging area and near a university and other offices. It is near a train station a few stops from Zurich Main and near a tram line that also runs to Zurich Main in about 15 minutes. Service in the restaurant and lounge and from the front desk and housekeeping was quick and efficient.

We loved this hotel! Fabian and all of the front desk staff where amazing and made us feel so welcome. It's very close to the train station and walking distance to old town. Breakfast was also good in the M Lounge and the view from our junior suite was amazing. Our only complaint is the elevator situation. We almost missed our flight because it took us 30 minutes to get down. Only 2 out of 3 elevators where working the day we were leaving. Otherwise, it's a great hotel!

I haven't written a comment n times, but for everyone's convenience in finding a hotel, it's still a bit bloody! The location of the hotel is 100 meters from the train station, the city center, the room can accommodate three families, the second floor attic also has a top floor terrace, the room has more than 100 square meters, a separate kitchen, two toilets, and a jacuzzi. Zurich can hardly imagine such a value-for-money apartment (the average hotel room area in Zurich is 14-15 square meters). After setting, pay attention to receiving emails. It is a large apartment. Location: Excellent. It takes about 10 minutes to get to Zurich Main Station by train from Zurich Airport. This hotel is just across the road from the main train station, one or two hundred meters away. Room environment: Not very new, but completely acceptable. The decoration is relatively exquisite. The suite I booked has free minibar and snacks (except alcoholic beverages/wines) Service: Contact the agent with Ctrip in advance to communicate about early check-in. The answer is that if there is a room available, you can check in in advance. We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 am and the room was ready for smooth check-in; both the front desk and the door bellman gave us a very friendly feeling. ;After checking out, two bottles of mineral water were given as a gift. Room hygiene: There are two bathrooms in the suite. Toiletries such as toothpaste and toothbrush are provided. Samples of Swiss Dabao skin care products are also provided. There are welcome fruits and turndown service. Good night chocolates are also provided. Breakfast: The dining environment is not big, but the decoration is very nice. The service is also very nice. In addition to the buffet area, you can also order meals, both paid and free. Guests in the suites have champagne breakfast. Those who order for a fee are also free. This hotel is the most expensive and the worst hotel in Switzerland. The location is a bit far away from the railway station, a 20-minute walk, if bus 15 can be reached. The soundproofing of the room is not good, and the noise of the car outside and the children upstairs can't sleep. Other hotels in Switzerland have free transportation cards, which he does not have. Great and easy check in. Watt and Derrick were very helpful with the check in and info about Zurich. Loved the complimentary drinks at check in. Compact room but very modern with cool amenities. Loved the big and soft towels. Found the hidden hair dryer in a cute pouch. Water pressure in the shower was just right. They also stored our luggage for an extra day. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to this hotel.

I loved this hotel. The location is central to all the sites. A friend and I stayed there; each in a single room. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, charming, spacious, clean and well lit! I stayed on the 4th floor on Muhlegasse and my friend on the 2nd facing a court yard. The staff was wonderful from check in to check out. A special thank you to Kris at the front desk! He was very sweet and helpful! I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when in Zurich.

It seems clear to me that the quality of customer service in travel has greatly deteriorated in the last three years. I understand that service providers have trouble finding and retaining people and the ones they have often don’t seem to take pride in their work. Sadly, I’ve come to accept this as the “new normal.” Which is why our recent three-night stay at the Park Hyatt in Zurich was such a welcome surprise. Not only was our room clean and comfortable but the service we received, from start to finish, was efficient and personal. Just a few examples: We had a flight delay and airport transfer difficulty arriving to Zurich and did not get to the hotel until after 1:00. The gentleman working the front desk who checked us in, got us waters, helped with our bags and personally escorted us to our rooms. He was also working the next night when we returned to the hotel after dinner. He spotted us coming through the lobby and literally ran over from the front desk, greeted us by name and asked if our room was acceptable and if there was anything he could do for us. The housekeeping staff are a bunch of ninjas. You never saw their carts in the hall but we’d leave in the morning and when we returned in the afternoon the room was made up. Perfectly. We’d leave for dinner and when we returned the room was turned down. Perfectly. We had drinks the first night at the Onyx Bar. When we returned the next night, the bartender remembered both our names and our drinks. We interacted on several occasions with the daytime concierge. I wish I remembered his name. It wasn’t just that he was knowledgeable about Zurich and responded immediately to our requests. He acted like speaking to us was the absolute highlight of his day. I know these are all little things but they added up to a wonderful stay. Plus, the hotel couldn’t be more conveniently located. Staying at the Park was a luxury item for us but, let’s face it, traveling anywhere in Switzerland is a luxury item. I would return to the Park for their level of personal service in a minute.

My family and I had a very comfortable two-night stay at the hotel. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. We had arrived in Zurich after a long haul flight from India and they graciously offered us early check-in. The hotel is just a short distance from the airport and there’s a tram stop very close to the hotel, that connects you to the rest of the city. There’s also a Coop store nearby, in case you need anything. The a la carte food at the hotel was good, the breakfast buffet though was average. The rooms are basic, but not lacking in anything.

I was there for 2 days, from 9 to 11 May, I was there together with my wife. The Hotel is quite good .Admittedly we waited a while to check-in, a lot of guests just arrived , but after that everything was fine, great service at the reception , we were by car ,the lady from the front desk showed us how to get to the parking lot. The room was small but pleasant and clean, breakfast good, staff very good. If Im ever in Zurych definitely come there back.

We arrived a day early for our tour and didn’t think our room would be available yet, but the front staff asked for 15 minutes to check with house keeping. We lucked out and our rooms were available early. 300ish room courtyard side which is only one floor up. Bit of noise from the other side of the hotel due to construction, but not noticeable in our room. Great air con or use the large windows. Shower very hot so you don’t need to set it too high. Bit more modern than my taste, but grows on you and not garish colours. Easy tram ride to the old town for site seeing or take a stroll along the river beside the part. Wonderful gardens. Breakfast is plentiful and can be chaos in the morning when there are three groups in the hotel. Suggestion: Move the centre aisle of tables half a foot to the left so the the aisle on the right when you face the food is a bit larger. Use the first table on the right for the bowls and plates. Helps out those that are shorter. The people flow is better when it is right to left since the coffee machines are on the left. We did this flow the last day in the hotel with our group and it was less congested at the coffee.

The location is great, close to the lively Langstrasse but far enough away to be very quiet! Very good for business travellers - just note that there are no kitchen facilities / fridge in the room (this is made clear in the room descriptions)! Overall this was a memorable and peaceful stay at a tumultuous time, I hope I can stay in the future!

The day of my arrival is Saturday, never expected Zurich is such a city never sleep, from train station to the hotel, each 10 meter a club or bar, young people stand in line waiting for entrance, strong electric music tempo cover the whole street, event the hotel walls are resounding over the midnight, lucky me I bring my earplugs. You have to be prepared for what you will get here: check-in at the counter of a busy convenience store, followed by a climb up a bunch of stairs. At the end of them, the room is extremely small, though very clean. We appreciated the small sink and refrigerator, as well as the free coffee on offer in the store. The worst thing about our experience was tremendous noise from some machine in the street at 2 in the morning — louder than anything I’ve ever heard in an urban setting before. Still, in the world’s most expensive city, the price felt like a bargain, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room is not big, but the sanitation is OK. It is two or three kilometers away from the old city. It is not far from walking around. There was no air conditioning in the room and it was a bit stuffy to close the window. Opposite a very large COOP supermarket, it is convenient to buy 啥. Breakfast is 9.9 Swiss francs, children are free, full is OK. Mainly this price is really not available in Switzerland. The overall is still worth recommending.
