There was a staff by the name of Botoxxx was very rude and unfriendly. Breakfast is very terrible as well. But location wise is great. Pay CHF8 per pax for hotel transfer to airport.

Nice hotel. Free shuttle bus from the airport (8 CHF to the airport though).. Good enough for one night. Clean and smart enough.

I must say I am very satisfied with this accommodation. There’s a free shuttle van to the hotel upon arrival (just exit Arrival Door 2 and turn left, find a digital board and see the timing of each shuttle). Check-in was smooth and front desk staff was accommodating. The room has all the basic necessities except for a fridge (which is not a problem for me). The location is not far from the airport and near (around 10 minutes leisure walk) to Rumlang Train Station to connect to Zurich HB.

Enjoyed the hotel, we were able to check in early and book our shuttle buses to the airport easily. Rooms were clean and comfy, location was great and breakfast was pretty good too. Would stay again.

Not really pleasant trip. Just had a stopover stay to catch the morning flight the day after but experienced now warm water in the hotel room. If I had known it, I would have stayed in the transfer hotel at the airport. Maybe it belongs to force majeure, but I paid full price for the room which is about a20CHF. There must be some compensation because of this as I flew home without shower and felt very uncomfortable .

The hotel was a shuttle ride away from the airport and you'll have to pay CHF 7-8 for the shuttle back to the airport. They say that breakfast starts from 4am but at that time, only bread and fruits are out and you'll need to wait till 7am for the buffet breakfast to be ready. Breakfast is a small selection of cold cheese and meats, some porridges and pre-boiled eggs (not the most generous spread I've seen but adequate). The room is generally clean but they didn't provide toiletries (maybe you've to request from the counter but I didn't check so I don't know). There was some dried mucus stain on the toilet wall so it icked me out a little but since I was there only for a night transiting to Geneva, didn't make a fuss about it.

Everything was good like location, free shuttle service to hotel and breakfast but I can’t say it was clean at all !! (especially with Swiss standard) On the bathroom floor there were several hairs and some garbage as well as on the bed!!! It was quite shocking. I didn’t want to get too upset before my long trip… but I told about this at the reception
