客觀評價。兩百多的性價比還是可以了，衞生至少看起來是挺乾淨的，如果我沒有發現粉色牙杯里有沒洗乾淨殘留的牙膏沫的話。退房時忘關空調造成一定困擾給房東道了歉，並且按她的要求給了二十塊錢的補償（否則她不退按金）。但説實話從退房到房東來不到一個小時，這段時間的電費不談，她不滿的點在於我們開了一晚上空調。那首先我覺得付了房費擁有一晚上的使用權是默認水電都能用，保持房東物品的完好。但房東的這個理由就好比説你很多人來洗了一晚上澡讓你把水費全部額外交上。但我們這邊歉也道了二十塊補償也給了，怎麼著我覺得誠意也是夠了，房東的口氣依舊宛如我們欠了她多少一樣，退按金理所當然的事情像是施捨。
