Nice quiet business hotel . Surprised to find no fridge in the room and housekeeping was absentminded to replenish teabags and change cups .

The name written inside the hotel is GreenTree but what is written online is GreenHall.
Also outside the hotel the name only written by chinese language, so you get confused a bit before you decide to go in to check.

前台和房間的服務人員態度很好，服務很周到，但是酒店的大堂和廊道整體衞生不是很好！最差勁的是早餐10點結束，9:10過去就沒有吃的了，問了服務人員帶搭不理的回答説不補餐，客人多把菜吃沒了！你開酒店餐廳又不是第一天客人入住都是頭天晚上知曉，早餐都是第二天很早提前準備的，怎麼能這樣處理問題？餐廳衞生一片狼籍，吃完客人走了後碗筷都沒有收拾疊放仍在那，新來客人沒吃到都沒地方！要不是辦事離得近，再也不會選擇這種快捷的酒店了，真是廉價質量差！

滿意的入住體驗，房間很大，環境很好，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，房間智能控制，還幫免費延時退房，很不錯👍早餐開到10點還比較豐富，洗衣房也比較乾淨。

一進大廳就很喜歡，房間温馨明亮，乾淨衞生。到金湖公園遛娃累了一天，沖個熱水澡，到5樓洗衣房洗烘完衣服，房間靠路邊，算安靜，酒店每一位工作人員都熱情周到。
