Chimelong Circus Hotel (Zhuhai Ocean Kingdom)

When we arrived at Chimelong Circus Hotel, we feared the long queue at check in, but so many counters were open that it didn't take long. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Ocean Kingdom. At Ocean Kingdom you can't miss the gigantic whale sharks (don't miss the feeding time), the bubbly manatees (they eat lettuce), the penguins (King Penquins are colourful), beluga whales (so cute), and many more.

Hotel room are nice. Big and comfort. Hotel tight next to circus, very convenience.

Staff are very helpful. Kids really love staying in Circus Hotel, Because of lots of different free activities for them.

It’s a hotel located far far away from zhuhai city central. Kids friendly. We stayed for 3 night but I think 2 night would be more ideal. As my kid is 6 year old, we need to pay extra for the buffet breakfast. Come on, how much a kid can eat?! The theme park is more suitable for older kid instead of young one. One thing I don’t like it’s there is no swimming pool within the hotel. The house keeping staff is polite and considerate and attend to our needs. Thank you!

Seriously the BEST theme parks I have ever been. The Chimelong Tourist Resorts are huge and all the hotels and theme parks within are connected. You can literally walk from parks to parks and hotel to hotel. So many things to see, so many animal shows and entertainment for kids and adults. Not to mention they have fireworks shows every night at 8:30 and clearly visible from our room. The hotels are clean and spacious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The only downside is they speak little English so get your translate-app ready because it will be useful. The best time to visit Chimelong Tourist Resort is when it is a non-school holiday in China. We were very lucky because the parks are not so crowded and packed so we don't need to queue to visit and see every exhibit and animals shows. Also all the foods and drinks inside the resort are not so overpriced, as you would have expected. There are many restaurants and food stalls to choose from. I suggest minimum stay of 4 nights if you want to catch and visits all the parks. We definitely will be back for more.

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Some reception staff can speak English and they assisted me well, explain every single detail about my activities during my stay.
