避雷希望大家沒必要，真的不要訂這家酒店
這家酒店趁着過年期間想賺點錢，加價大家都能理解，畢竟大家都在加價，但是問題出現了，推卸責任，我真的無法理解，還理直氣壯。訂了兩間豪華大床，凌晨兩點，因為小朋友不小把門反鎖，然後打電話讓前台開，前台開了半個小時，都沒有打開，説第二天才可以打開，最後是我們換個房間，然後同一樓層，最後員工衹把我們開了一個普通1.5的床，讓我們上廁所，那我們説，那不能每次上廁所都要你上來開門吧！他説換到四樓，大半夜的電梯也沒有，行李那麼多，孩子都睡著了，怎麼換，然後就換到了三樓的1.5的床。今天退房的時候和前台員工反饋了這個問題，然後，前台員工説，説是我們的原因導致了反鎖，房間打不開門，差價退不了。真的無語，就算我們不小心把門反鎖了，你們自己上來開了半個小時，你們自己都打不開，自己早上找了人才打開，你們昨晚如果打開了，能出現這個問題？房間裝修味道大就算了，孩子腿上被蚊子🦟叮了一堆包。平時花這個錢都可以住一個五星級酒店了。前台的員工回答真的無語，趁火打劫也不能這樣吧！希望大家都別住，打着2019年開業的，其實就是乘過年開業才開的，住了都是吸甲醛，大家避雷！？！
最後還是攜程幫忙解決了，過年出來不是找氣受得。大家能理解最後！

離拱北口岸車程10分鐘左右，比較方便，價格優惠，房間設施配套齊全，乾淨衞生，店員也比較客氣，會提前告知住店不便事項，值得推薦。

房間大，環境好，老闆和前台小姐姐人也很好，衞生也不錯，沒有明顯的物資，床也非常得軟，而且出門就是小吃街和早餐店，很方便。
