1、房間很小，40平的房間衹有20平左右。
2、位置偏遠，沒車不方便，但停車費很貴，入住到退房，不到20小時，停車費39元，6+12+15+6。停車後不外出，停車費15元封頂，但是能不外出嗎？？
3、窗墊質量非常差，彈簧都能感覺到的。
4、酒店沒有明顯的指示，進入停車場後，不好找。打電話也説不明白。
5、價格看似便宜那麼十幾塊，加上停車費和偏遠的位置，性價比很低。
6、是民宿，不是酒店。不知攜程為什麼在酒店中推薦？？？攜程能解釋嗎？

可以在門口做個指引牌，引導人進去哪個門口酒店。有洗衣機可以洗衣服。對面的風景還是不錯的。房間也比較安靜

先不説房間環境怎麼樣 就光是找地方都很難找 人煙罕至 打車都特別難打 進去還要分這個門 那個門 昨天繞了一個大圈才找到 房間床有點硬 睡的都不舒服 房間還有一股怪味 標題上寫房間都是40平到45 結果房間撐死才30平 訂的房型和照片上不一樣 沒住過這樣的公寓 第一次給差評

環境非常好，很安靜，非常適合那種睡眠質量差的人。阿姨服務態度非常好，人又熱情。老闆娘也很熱心。總體來説位置和設計方面都挺不錯的。在珠海玩了三天，每天都去的不同的酒店，這一家是最不錯的。

這家酒店其實是民宿，在珠海保税區，壞就壞在這裏，這個地方是叫不到出租車的，周圍沒有街區，衹有僅有的兩三個館子、小商店。房間床褥比較乾淨，但是設施是很一般的，上面還有很多灰塵，手指可見。不推薦！嚴重與圖片宣傳不符。
