房間乾淨整潔，周圍環境也不錯很安靜，陽台上可以看到海，老闆人很好，很熱情，是一次非常舒適的住宿體驗👍🏻

環境非常不錯，裝修的很用心，而且主要是特別乾淨！三樓還可以看海景。
最重要的是大家都特別特別熱情，老闆和我們説把這裏當成自己的家，一定要住的開心，老闆娘也和我們講我們要打掃的乾乾淨淨大家才會住的開心，衞生方面真的沒話説👍👍
老闆真的很大方，今天走之前我和我的朋友讓老闆給我們炒個蛋炒飯，老闆説不收我們的錢，免費請我們吃還送了我們一個湯🥰，真的和在自己家裡一樣，很温馨很温馨，其他客人都是一家人或者好多人一起來玩，走之前還看見他們聚在客廳裏打牌看電視，老闆還把自己的電瓶車給我們開去沙灘🥰🥰，大家從碼頭來這裏的時候不要搭大巴車，直接打電話給老闆，老闆會來接的，走的時候也會送你。
反正老闆和老闆娘兩個人人都特別好，超級和藹，在外面旅遊能遇見那麼好的老闆我們真是太幸運啦🎉🎉🎉
我個人是非常推薦到這家民宿來住的，因為體驗真的很不錯，大家來桃花島來玩一定要考慮住到這家名宿來，我個人強烈推薦👍👍（這裏離金沙很近，走幾步路就到了，實在不想走也可以問老闆借電動車）

海州灣民宿是我住過最為舒適的民宿，進入其中，就有一種“賓至如歸”的感覺。整體佈局優雅精緻、乾淨整潔。每一個小小的細節都體現了主人的生活情趣。飲食以當地海鮮為主，可以根據自己口味喜好，隨意點菜，菜品新鮮，味道可口，價格親民。老闆熱情好客，淳樸善良，像家人一樣倍感親切。
臨登安期望舟山，桃花小鎮金沙灘。
出海打魚融融樂，有幸小住海州灣。

來了桃花島就不想回去了，非常推薦海州灣民宿，乾淨友好，很多細節都能看得出老闆非常用心，住的很舒服，像在自己家一樣，燒的菜好吃，西瓜還暢吃，離沙灘也很近，人少還能抓螃蟹小魚，下次還會來的，再住這裏！

房間還不錯！位置挺好的。步行到塔灣金沙十分鐘，不遠，但又避開了人羣，十分安靜。老闆特別熱情！給我推薦景點，以及建議如何購買船票。可以在他們家吃飯。我們吃了一頓，不貴，味道也不錯！

房間乾淨整潔，門口小院收拾得很好，種的花花很漂亮。在三樓露台就可以望見大海，海風吹着很舒服。老闆的廚藝也是一絕，而且相當熱情！還會借電動車給你，島上兜風太酷啦！

非常推薦這家民宿，真心非常不錯誒～
首先説民宿的位置，真是獨一無二的～比眾多網紅酒店要優質很多～房子的前方就是原生草地，沙灘和蔚藍的大海，居住房頂可以目觀海上升明月和日出（島上分季節）。並且民宿開業年限是附近幾乎最新的～樓下還有小花園，非常好看～
老闆人特別好的，島上土著居民，對一切都特別的熟悉，來這種地方玩，有個當地真誠的人能問東問西的話，那是非常能提升旅居幸福感的。
最後不得不説，老闆做的飯太好吃了，太好吃了，太好吃了～是真的好吃～簡直就是被民宿耽誤的餐廳～下次禁魚期過了，是還要來這裏吃飯～也太好吃了～

端午節來桃花島，陰天小雨，選擇了這家民宿，
裝修很新，房間乾淨，視野很好；
住在三樓可以直接看見大山和海，
離塔灣沙灘和桃花寨都很近；
房東大哥大姐都很熱情，可以借用他們的電瓶車出去遊玩；
自家做的海鮮口味也很好，以前沒吃過這麼大的生蠔。
