Putuoshan Temple

This is an accommodation experience that I am very dissatisfied with. The price/performance ratio is really too low. I live in Lanruo in Guantang. I had communicated by phone before that it was on the first floor, so it was equipped with a dehumidifier. I knew this in advance, but I was disappointed after I went there. Starting from going to the island, I read reviews and guides before, and they said that the hotel housekeeper will contact the guests in advance to arrange hotel pick-up and drop-off. I booked the hotel three days in advance, but no housekeeper contacted me until I went to the island. I went there by myself. After contacting the hotel on the island, the hotel informed us of the location of the shuttle bus, and we got on the bus (we waited for ten minutes for the bus). When we got off the bus, someone did help with our luggage. We arrived at the hotel after one o'clock. When we arrived, the front desk was very busy. There were at least 5 staff members standing at the front desk, but we still felt busy. The next step is to enter the room. The entrance to the room is at a corner like a stairwell. After entering, there is a corridor on the right, the bed on the left, and the toilet on the right. The bedroom is very small. Apart from the bed, it is just a corridor. The ceiling is a bit mottled. You can see the coffee stains poured by previous guests in the corner. This is a room priced at 1,300➕ per night. There is no fresh cabinet and the configuration is not as good as Atour. The musty smell in the room was very strong, and it became even worse after the curtains were closed. The dehumidifier made so much noise that my husband couldn't sleep in the middle of the night. I contacted the front desk, and the front desk staff contacted the staff to change it, but the sound was still the same. And how humid it is. After one hour of dehumidification, the water in the water tank is already one-third full. Halfway through our sleep, the water tank automatically stopped dehumidification because it was full. We checked into the hotel with a child, and the room was not equipped with a child's toothbrush. I called customer service in the evening to ask for a child's toothbrush, but the guest room aunt sent an adult toothbrush. My husband asked us if we needed a child's toothbrush, and the aunt actually told us We said, children who have very few toothbrushes can see if this can be used? I was so angry that I almost lost my temper, and then my aunt went to give me a child's toothbrush instead. The next morning, when we were going out, we thought that the room mentioned that there was a free Bible copying experience, so I asked the front desk where the Bible copying experience was? The guy at the front desk told me that this is a project from 7 to 9 pm every night. I have to check out at 12 o'clock, but no one told me about this the day before. It's outrageous. When I was taking a shower at night, I turned around and found myself reflected in a mirror directly opposite the shower room. I was shocked. In terms of advantages, the location of the hotel is relatively good, with the bus stop right at the door. Others are really chilling, and I feel dejected. The service at Kaiyuan Senbo where I stayed before was much better than here. If you want to stay in a hotel, choose a room type above 1700. There may be no musty smell and you can still accommodate people on the first floor. When I asked why I didn’t change rooms, before I got the room when I checked in, a guy said that he wanted to change rooms or get a refund because the room was very fashionable, so I mentioned it to the front desk and hoped to arrange it for me. A room that is not too trendy, after all we have children. The reply given to me by the front desk was that the room would be arranged according to the price. Avoid this place from now on

The location of the room is very good. It is 3 minutes away from Fayu Temple and 1 minute away from the bus station on the island. The room is clean and hygienic. Jiaxin at the front desk is friendly and there is a young man. The service is only 5 stars, especially before check-in. Double welcome, help with luggage! The only downside is that the price is a bit expensive, maybe there is no way on the island

It was a very satisfying experience. Sister Zhao Liqin and Gao Xiaoxing at the front desk were very satisfied with the service, and even gave me a souvenir. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. There is a bus stop right outside the door.

After all, the infrastructure on the island is limited. The hotel is generally comfortable. The rooms are not too many, but they are relatively clean. Outside the window is the old tree in the courtyard. Xiao Wu at the reception was very polite and thoughtful, and took the initiative to contact the pier for pick-up and weather information in advance, and the feedback was very timely.

I brought my family, old and young, to Putuo to pray for blessings. I booked 4 rooms, and all of them were upgraded when I arrived at the hotel. Copying the Heart Sutra and tasting the aroma of tea is a very good experience. The most praised is the restaurant of the hotel, the price is much cheaper than the outside.
