Huanghe Hotel

The location is close to the municipal government and it is convenient to go to Zhengzhou Station. Because I met the guests nearby, I searched for nearby hotels and chose this hotel. When I went to the hotel, it was not bad. It is said that it was the original guest house of the municipal government. The room was not big, but it felt quite clean and comfortable. The waiter was very enthusiastic and delivered free fruits and snacks. The waiter who handles the formalities at the front desk is also very skilled in business. In particular, the room includes two breakfasts. The breakfast is on the first floor, which is good.

Since the breakfast was changed to a small restaurant, the space is too small and the quality of the meal has dropped a lot. The reservation rate on May 1st is so high, and breakfast is still in the small restaurant. It really shouldn’t be.

照片裏看着房間很大（390元的）號稱升級成行政房。不是也不值。服務員解釋照片實物有差距。號稱入住贈果盤沒見到。因趕火車退房時簡單的收房卡行為，非得無所事事地等幾分鐘再解決！緊靠窗户，據照片展示能放下茶几和椅子！

我訂的是行政標間（圖一），結果入住以後發現房間的照片是特惠標間的（圖二圖三）。問了前台服務員，説是房間沒有弄錯，稱照片是攜程平台放的和酒店沒有關係。。一整個大無語。。直接投訴攜程平台，平台客服很給力，立刻給退了房子差價。但是一個鄭州老牌酒店這樣的服務給人旅遊的心情都搞臭了。。各位訂房時候千萬注意不要被照片欺騙了！該酒店的標間真的很小很小，很舊很舊。整一個90年代招待所的感覺，也是很無語 我入住時候才晚上10點多，酒店整個大堂衹有一個前台工作人員，態度還很不耐煩。 好的方面：客房服務員態度很好，早餐種類多很不錯，早晨大堂的工作人員服務態度都很好

很滿意!!!

酒店衞生差到極致，房間小，衞生間馬桶上還有沒有打掃乾淨的污物，窗簾不能動，一動全是粉塵，不知道多久沒有洗過了，最扯淡的是，住個酒店還得自己交停車費，打前台的電話等了十幾分鍾解決不了，最後交了44塊錢的停車費才走的。

非常好的體驗，對得起價格。 可能這裏住領導比較頻繁，服務人員態度都很主動，還送了歡迎水果和飲料。如果能對普通老百姓也這樣友好主動那就是真的服務態度好。

就很一般，設施太老舊，衞生很差，電梯裏有煙味，空調衹有正夏季才有，四月中旬那幾天熱死了，衹能開窗通風睡覺，不太滿意

順利預訂，順利入住，特別感謝攜程專員的協調。因為是教授指定要入住的酒店，他以前來一直住這家，比較習慣，位置也熟悉，但是網上預訂有身份限制，通過攜程的溝通，很快搞定，而且每次都能在約定時間內給答覆，特別好。
