房間面積還算不錯，loft空間還算可以，陽台有洗衣機，公寓在二號樓，停車在負一，24元一天封頂，公寓樓下有不少便利店，餐廳，超市，整體來説還是比較方便的，七星巖東門廣場就是相隔一條馬路。

酒店很新，時尚 樓底很高和乾淨整潔！附近就是七星岩，可以步行過去。吃的喝的都在附近。
入住是要先聯絡酒店的人員，拿取密碼後再入房間。回覆的人員Sam親切有禮，有問必答！
港車北上的話非常方便，有地下停車場在大樓的下面，也有配備充電樁，方便電車使用。所以停車很方便！
唯一是水壓有點弱，洗手間的隔離玻璃很細小，很容易把水濺到外面。但是以這個價錢性價比還是高的！下次來再入住！

樓下有很多餐廳飲料店，也有一家超市，對面就是星湖，岩前村大約走路15-20分鍾可到，地點挺方便的，房間是loft 兩層，樓梯的腳踏很淺，上樓還可以，下樓就有點危險，床墊很硬，枕頭很軟。

交通還是很便利，過條馬路就是肇慶七星巖景區。對公寓挺滿意的，清潔人員和管家態度還很好。樓下就是商場，也有共享單車，傍晚可以騎一下單車到巖前村那邊環湖走走，不用進景區也可以看到美景。

每次來肇慶都會選擇這裏 性價比真的很高！！設施齊全 乾淨整潔 讓人住的很舒適 服務很到位很貼心 而且周邊有很多美食美景 對面就是七星巖景區 樓下有商場 很方便👍🏻

第一天網紅鼎湖山打卡，第二天到七星巖附近訂了這家酒店公寓，位置好找，管家服務熱情，有問必答，還介紹我們去了騎樓街打卡，這家是唯一在肇慶沒有踩坑的酒店公寓，推薦。

肇慶這個城市很美生活節奏慢，真適合過來度假，沒有開車所以選了七星巖周邊的酒店公寓，位置好，房間設施齊全也挺新的，衞生乾淨，下次再來繼續定這裏👍

經常要來肇慶出差，比較注重衞生，偶然機會盲選到水一方，地位位置中心，去端州哪裡都比較近，方便跑業務。之前看評論很多人説衞生不錯，住了幾次衞生確實乾淨。配有辦公桌、洗衣機、兩台空調足夠制暖。對面就是七星巖，晚上應酬完還可以過去對面散散步，每個星期過來肇慶指定這裏。

和朋友一起過來跑越野賽，所以定在附近酒店，過馬路就是起點，很方便。民宿交通便利，周邊都有吃飯的地方，設施滿足住行，價格相對於便宜。
