I chose this hotel for a short stay next to Zhangye West High-speed Railway Station. There are mixed reviews online, so I’ll give it a try. The hotel's infrastructure is pretty good, but the software seems to lag behind the hardware. Hygiene needs a overhaul, consumables need to be upgraded to a higher level, and current charges for drinking water need to be increased. Parking is free but not convenient. I hope the hotel will seriously summarize and improve the quality of its hygiene work to form a virtuous cycle of hotel-guest-evaluation in the future.

We came in very late and the front desk team at the hotel was just superb ! I made some mistakes in my booking and they happily and readily helped correct that. Although the front desk was very busy with many checking in, the attitude of the team was just wonderful. Special mention for Winnie and Carl. Their team spirit and “can do” attitude was most impressive. Other then the many checking in, there were kids sent by parents to do laundry asking for assistance. Winnie had to listened to the mom giving instructions via the wrist watch of the kid. Winnie handled in patiently and most politely. Her display of customer service was first rate !! I will definitely stay here again and tell my friends to do so too.

房間內乾淨整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，前台服務人員態度很好，辦理入住時正好趕上一波大隊人馬，雖然很忙仍然態度很好，酒店床品很乾凈，早餐在8點前出發可以去前台領麪包牛奶，8點後就有服務人員送到房間。

The decoration is luxurious and the location is opposite the bus station. It is very convenient to go to Qicai Danxia. The bus station is nearby, and it's close to any scenic spot. But the facilities are a bit old and need to be improved. Very good value for money, it is worth staying.
