The hotel was easy to find and is big enough to spot from far away, check in was easy and I got into my room quickly. I wasnt a fan of the decor but the room was big with a sofa and a desk. The bed was confortable. Unfortunately the night of check in, around 50 other people checked in too, who seemed to be on a group tour. They were all very loud and noisy and kept their bedroom doors open. Difficult to sleep with the noise. The shower room smelled a little like urine. Id recommend the hotel anyway, if you have a budget.

The decoration is quite good and luxurious, but the service is not very good.
When checking in, the lady at the front desk couldn't find my order and struggled for a long time (operational problem).
When I was drying my hair, the hair dryer suddenly short-circuited and couldn't be used. I went to the front desk to get it myself. The front desk manager said that it would be delivered to me immediately, but it didn't come after waiting for an hour. I called the front desk again and they said that they would deliver it immediately, but in fact, no one delivered it at all (ps: Thank God the hair dryer suddenly worked later, otherwise I would have to sleep with wet hair) The experience is really bad! ! ! ! Don't use the busy May Day as an excuse. Can't you send a hair dryer even if you are busy? I went to the front desk and they didn't give it to me. I was speechless.
