The location is very convenient between the West railway station and the city center. Everything is easily reached. Nearby restaurants are very good. The service at the hotel is very good. The front desk lady helps us a lot to organize our trips. Every afternoon we get fruits and a foot bath, which is very nice.

為什麼別人有歡迎水果，我在攜程用積分也換了歡迎水果，到店後告知，衹有酸奶，難道是攜程會員被區別對待了嗎？四星的自助早餐，在攜程上訂的是自助早餐，到店後變成了牛肉麪套餐，還不給加肉？大床房多要一床杯子，居然要了三次，才不耐煩的給了，這就是四星級酒店的服務標準和態度嗎？怎麼評上的4星級，農家院的標準嗎？有一種被欺騙的感覺，破壞了我旅遊心情，別回覆接受改進什麼之類的官話，沒用，寫此評價衹是希望別在有人上當受騙！！！

燒水壺底座有問題倒水都直接帶起來再落下去很吵，當去洗澡的時候一看盒子都是空的，沐浴露洗髮水什麼的也沒有，地上完全感覺就像沒打掃，進來房間時廁紙都沒有，房間的抽紙在盒子上堆着，第一次來張掖很不好的體驗，這個價格大三百的價格可以去住豪華型酒店了，賺錢的時候請提高一下服務質量

酒店位置還可以，離張掖西站不遠，設施中規中矩，早餐是一樓外面合作的飯店，有一碗麪，涼菜雙拼和茶葉蛋，衞生也一般，不過房間內有蚊子，小孩被咬了很多包，叫前台送了電蚊香後有些效果。

房間有新裝修的異味，空調不製冷，衹能控制在24度左右，被子還很厚，洗澡水、洗臉水很小，水籠頭是銹的！有茶台的房間茶台周圍沒有插座，燒水還得找地方，沒有最差、衹有更差！哪裡是四星級，一般的小旅館都不如！千萬別有人上當！

設施有點老，裝修冷冰冰的還有點土，早餐居然給了我一張隔壁麪館的牛肉麪票，好歹説是五星級，除了大廳，感覺和五星標準關係不大

整體很好，智能化酒店，有一個小度機器人，可以控制電視，燈和窗簾，很方便，空間也大。就是喊前天拿把小刀切瓜州買的西瓜，答應的很好，到離開也沒拿來。
