酒店在大橋路，與火車站、索道公司等熱門地方隔了一條澧水河，到的時候恰逢晚高峯，在橋上堵了好久！
本想着地方偏一些應該會安靜點，沒想到晚上九點多樓層裏入住了一家人，連老帶少滿走廊吵吵嚷嚷，十點多一個男的還咣咣敲我屋門，還是那家人，不知道找哪一個敲錯了門！無語！
對了，房間裏面沒有紙抽，洗手間沒有防滑墊，望改進！

水相關問題很大，體驗極差。
中午入住，沒有熱水，出水很小很臟（圖1，冷水也是臟），立即反饋回覆是前一晚熱水用光，正在燒。
晚上回去還算正常，有熱水但是水龍頭出水很小很小（花灑正常），然後，九點多不到十點，水又出問題，一開始沒有熱水，後面直接沒水，聯繫前台，安排師傅來看，檢修出來燒水那邊出問題，到十一點多恢復，有温水但是略黃的水（圖2），最後用礦泉水刷的牙。
次日早上，趕去天門山六點起床，直接沒有熱水，水看似乾淨，最後涼水刷的牙洗的頭，臨走告知前台，也沒有答覆。
這就是全新商務房，簡直太棒了，四百多一晚太值了！

喜歡如家連鎖店，這家很贊，近高鐵站，又近漂水河，今早去沿河邊跑了個半馬21.195公里，微風吹佛精神爽。

酒店前台小妹妹服務很好，房間衞生也很乾凈，客房大姐也很熱情。位置也很好找，停車也很方便，附近有小吃街，去天門山也很近，出行都很方便，總體感覺體驗感很好。
