服務好，位置出行方便，房間很大，老酒店設施有點舊，但勝在乾淨衞生。半夜讓送拖鞋和洗刷用品，一會就送上來了！很好！會推薦朋友！

到張家界第一天選擇這家酒店，酒店位置很好，出門就有公交車站，離天門山土司城等景點都不遠。酒店房間一般，設施陳舊，沒有紗窗，晚上有很多蚊子飛進，酒店早餐糟糕，有很多旅遊團人很多，取餐靠搶，早餐沒什麼吃的，要吃個煎雞蛋要排隊很久，體驗很差，本來訂了6天酒店，衹住一天換到其它酒店。建議酒店提升一下品質，不要壞了維也納酒店的名氣。
