酒店設施還可以，周邊吃飯方便，但是酒店與旅行社合夥一同半哄半騙住酒店的客人，十分不道德。屬於酒店大堂的服務枱旁邊有旅遊社，我們之前不知道張家界免門票了，詢問酒店前台如何購買門票，前台並未告知免門票，而是直接介紹我們去前台的旅行社，讓我們在那裡買門票。此旅遊社以欺騙手段讓我們入團，未實現所承諾的路線、房間等，一直説單門票200多，當我們表示已經在此酒店訂了房，不能退，旅行社的人馬上説她們可以幫我們處理房間，完全可以搞定……
