We were told that there was work going on in the hotel with no further details. Well, it was plaster work and paint right outside our room. I had to breathe plaster dust for my entire stay of 3 nights. Workers were loud and messy. Hotel should NEVER have given us this room in their work area. When asked if I could move, they didn't have a similar room to accommodate us. I do give t.he manager for trying. Morning front desk person told me the manager was not there. Never asked if there was anything she could help me with. Spoke to the afternoon manager but by that time I was pretty angry. Quality of pillows is not what they used to be. Soft, thin and flimsy. I always chose Hampton Inns because they had great bedding. Not anymore. Very unhappy customer and most likely will never go to a Hampton Inn again.
