酒店把我的個人訊息泄露出去了，辦完入住前後腳，收到兩條通過手機號搜尋加我微信，還有兩條短訊驗證碼。打電話給前台經理不作為，託着我不解決，態度極差沒有解決的意思，還往起拱火，這樣的人真不適合做管理崗。後續：投訴到如家總部，門店經理給我回完電話後，又來了新的微信好友申請，真巧，太多巧合了。

店位置很好，離火車站很近，交通特別方便，門口有免費停車位，房間很乾凈，環境不錯，第二次來運城的住地啦！

位置很方便 門口就是火車站 火車站門口有去芮城的公交車109 但是到永樂宮還有一截路 也有去萬榮的107公交車 下車後可以走路到飛雲樓 去永濟可以直接到火車站坐火車 很方便

設施很齊全，價格也比較實惠
服務上可更精進之處:我要的叫早服務是4:50的，實際叫早的時間是5:05
另外，窗户常開且不能動也算是美中不足，偶爾會有點吵，建議是否可將窗户改為可開閉式

100塊還想要什麼自行車，首先交通方便，門口就可以坐公交直達高鐵站，機場，解州關帝廟等，其次早餐不錯，老大爺很熱情。年初八入住的，很多家庭，住得也可以，隔音比我之前住的快捷酒店要好。話説運城挺好玩的，會再來

1.空調室內機滴水，把鞋都弄濕了，第二天穿濕鞋.
2.電卡插不出電。
3.辦入住手續時，一位前台兩次提示開415房，但另一位前台兩次拒絕，並堅持開416房。不免疑惑，是否這位前台急於脱手有問題的416房？
