服務：辦入住期間前台一直聊天，也不問對房間有什麼要求，要不要臨街，給人一種很不專業，訂單找不到，餐廳在哪不給説，服務態度很差。
衞生：洗手間放放紙的位置，洗手枱冷熱水貼旁邊的水垢，洗浴用品的瓶子，淋浴冷熱水把手很多水漬。洗浴瓶子上還有泡沫痕跡。衞生真是慘不忍睹，計劃衞生不會做嗎？
環境：我是來出差的，辦入住也不問，安排一個臨街的房間，路上還有大貨車的聲音，房間也不是全遮光，七八點房間光芒萬丈，到處漏光。
早餐：沒啥能吃的，不如買無早的，自己出去吃。

1、新，因為新開的酒店，所有設施都新穎乾淨。
2、性價比好！價格不貴，檔次不錯。
3、服務：前台小姐姐和房嫂態度和藹。
4、周邊是開發區，環境好，寬敞，周邊有幾家不錯的酒店
5、需要注意的：此酒店在東部開發區，對位置有特殊要求，缺乏交通工具，通行頻繁的人需要研究一下是否適合自己。
6、茶台免費，適合接待客户，喝茶聊天，需要使用的別忘記

國慶假期，10.3日晚11點多入住，8536房，入住後上廁所是發現煙頭和煙灰，空調是壞的怎麼調都是沒用 27度吹了一夜又幹又熱體驗非常差

酒店門口有停車場，房間智能小美語音控制，電視奇異果電影還有幾天VIP可以看 。整潔衞生，早餐也不錯。注：小冰箱裏飲料收費的並不是其他評論所説免費，收了按金與閃住意義不符。2km左右宋河廣場吃飯的地方很多

新開不久的酒店，大廳非常的大，還有個茶室，可以供出差商務人員免費使用，有免費的洗衣房，早餐也非常的不錯，前台的小姐姐，非常漂亮，態度也非常好，房間乾淨衞生，酒店還有一個海鮮會所，菜品也10分的優秀，宴請請客户都不用出酒店了非常值得推薦

價格划算，房間面積大。環境舒適，位置特別好找，前台服務很好，還贈送了早餐，早餐種類比較多，重點是中央空調很給力，製冷效果極好，前台還有機器人送外賣，比較舒適
