The location of the hotel is very good. You can reach the square just around the corner. The night market snacks are very convenient. The room is clean and tidy, and the view is wide.

1.攜程，不知道怎麼評的4鑽，條件很差
2.不知道怎麼評的4星級，還真沒見過這個標準的4星級酒店
問題：
1.基本沒啥服務，問前台冰箱能用麼，告知不能用，壞的，不製冷，都不能。
2.沒有紙巾，廁所衹有很簿的捲紙
3.設備陳舊，馬桶圈壞了，至少應該換個差不多大小的呀，尺寸差遠了去了
4.洗澡水，一會涼，一會熱，應該是缺少恆温的設備
5.早餐，看見服務員，將客人吃剩末動的水果又放回盤子裏了
6.空調設備估計很長時間沒清理了，聲音很大，不太乾淨
綜上，攜程作為一箇中介，推薦酒店也應負責任，近300元的房間（據服務員説旺季800），在當地算是高的了，至少應該達到4鑽的標準。
蔚縣是有點落户，但是至少酒店提供的服務不能差太多，至少設備調整好，乾淨，衞生，這個總能做到吧，還是管理上有問題

縣裡的酒店期望不要太高，各種都很老，服務態度老，酒店設施老，早餐老。就是那種90年代初期的風格。房間有一股味道，捂吧味兒和下水道味兒。不過對於這個縣，希望太高也不合實際。要不是想看打樹花也不會來到這裏。以後也不會再來。

酒店房間寬敞乾淨，有住家的感覺。服務人員工作熱情，樓下有餐廳，很方便，我們兩個晚上都是在酒店吃的，做的味道很好，價格合理。早餐吃的舒服，滿意，下次有機會再來住這個酒店。

房間沒拍照。我們是自駕大同，結果搜尋發現蔚縣這邊還有一個暖泉古城，還是國內十大古城之一。妥妥的寶藏之地。除了古城，蔚縣博物館也很值得一去，但是要提前在網上預約，免費。
設施：比較好，應該是蔚縣最好的酒店
