1入住前曾致電該酒店，希望安排不是尾房的房間，中途電話信號問題斷掉了，酒店方未及時回撥。我已經電話中提到入住人姓名了，也核對好了，所以不存在不知道電話的情況。再次致電酒店，就提示無法接通了。
2攜程與酒店就預訂房間提供了四項權益，我選擇了延遲退房至14點，該酒店在我下單後6分鐘以後拒絕了我的權益。這是我退房當天才發現的。
3攜程與該酒店對我訂單產生的問題溝通後無法實現，由攜程補了兩小時房價30元，結束訂單。
友情提示，該酒店隔壁為幼兒園，比較喧鬧。四層淋浴水流很小。
鑒於以上幾點，我不建議入住該酒店。

住酒店，連續下樓上樓五次，每開一間房都是未打掃的房間，前台給我説沒有大床房了，一直調換房間五次，每次上樓到換的房間都是沒有打掃，下樓繼續調換，整整五次，最後一次給換了一個大床房，不是説沒有大床房嗎？來來回回五次逗我開心呢？大寫的無語😓
