The service of the hotel is very good. We served welcome fruit and yogurt for digestion before going to bed, which is very considerate. It is very close to the high-speed rail station, Big Banyan Tree, and 103 Yong'an Bridge. The transportation is convenient. The waiters in the breakfast area have a very good attitude, and the service boys at the front desk even delivered to the room. Will recommend to colleagues and friends.

First of all, the service of the hotel is very good and heart-warming. The little brother at the front desk helped my mother deliver the luggage to the 6th floor and then rushed to the elevator on the 10th floor to pick us up. I was shocked! Fruit and yogurt were delivered to the room. When I saw that there was only one bottle of yogurt, I immediately said to help us get another bottle. The service attitude is amazing. Secondly, the environment of the room is comfortable, and the sanitation is also very good. Various lights of the smart home can be adjusted arbitrarily. The child said he liked the tatami bed very much. Finally, the breakfast is also good, with a variety of varieties, and the stomach is full.

I came to Yong'an on business and wanted to say that I chose a hotel in the urban area. The hotel has a good location. It is very convenient. Because the clothes got wet in the heavy rain, the waiter helped me to take the wet clothes to the corridor drying area to dry. When I left the store, I was going to do a nucleic acid test. The front desk also warmly guided me to tell me where I could do it, and took the initiative to help me store my luggage. I also borrowed an umbrella for me to pay attention to safety and have a good service attitude. A very pleasant stay experience is worth recommending!

酒店以竹子作為客房裝修特點，浴室乾濕分離，入住時有服務員帶領到房間門口，服務很到位，入住後酒店有送水果，這些細節讓人有賓至如歸的感覺真好。酒店早餐也很豐富，咖啡機現磨的，酒店位置周圍也有不少吃的地方。來永安我推薦這家酒店。

前台和客房服務員都非常熱情，前台對客房情況非常熟悉，迅速幫我安排了中意的房間，客房還送了茶和水果，並且留下温馨的字條。房間內沒有地毯，所以沒有異味，很乾凈。早餐素凈的炒菜挺合口，品種也足夠吃。負責煮麪和粿條的服務阿姨很熱情。停車場正在修整，門口有保安安排車輛停放，很負責。問題是淋浴水壓有些不穩定，出水會温度不均衡，希望改進。

在點評之前，考慮到不要過分帶入個人情緒，所以決定在離店後兩個月再留。 設施：酒店設施可圈可點，但是不要和一線城市的要求做對比，個人感覺還是可以的。 衞生：很乾凈，客房清潔的阿姨態度友善，點贊！ 環境：市中心區域，便利。永安是我出生的地方，也算是離鄉背井，落地生根，再重回故土，周遭環境也是親切的。 服務：酒店客房部的服務很棒，給所有客房服務包括前台的工作人員點贊👍 最“精彩”的環節來了，敲重點：不建議大家在酒店內部2/3樓的餐廳用餐，餐飲部的服務態度真心的差（注意⚠️我指的是晚餐餐廳餐飲，提供早餐的，煮扁肉粿條和拌麪的阿姨們都是超級熱心的）！ 故事的開始來源於酒店前台告知餐廳當晚滿台（春節期間）但可以自行到餐廳點菜，將菜送至房間。服務員帶着我們去找了餐飲部總監點菜，這個總監面對客人的反應是，坐在自己的辦公椅子上説：“我很忙，沒有時間”（面對客人站起來都不會，最基本的禮儀都做不到，她怎麼當上這個總監的？關係户？！） 我們也沒多計較，服務員衹能去找他們的經理。經理給了我們一個菜單，在看了菜單之後發現有點難點（個人口味吃慣了正宗粵菜，看到pad上面的混合菜品後）。餐飲部的經理聽到我和我父親説了句話之後，她提出如果我們覺得才不適合可以到樓下一樓轉角的餐廳去。我們隨即詢問樓下餐廳是否為同等級別的餐食，得到的答案是：“差不多的，我們員工都在那吃。” 但等到我們到了樓下，傻眼了🙄一個昏暗無燈的小排擋，衞生情況堪憂。我實在無法理解，一個所謂四星級酒店的餐飲部經理，對客人反覆要求確認是否同等級別餐食級別的情況下，仍對顧客需求的認知低到如此可憐。 我們衹能再次回到了餐廳，詢問是否能夠介紹一下同等層次的臨近餐廳。餐飲部的服務生的態度是冷淡以及不耐煩：“現在哪裡都滿的，都沒有位置的，比如街老永安，喜相逢啊，同檔次，不過應該也沒有位置的。” 當時我真的好生氣，我覺得你一個四星級的酒店，怎麼會有這種服務堪憂的餐飲部，還是大過年期間，一家人十幾年沒回過永安，開開心心回去省親，遇上這麼一個破事兒。 之後我們也和酒店前台反應了這麼個情況，客房部的總監也向我們致歉了（再次聲明，這件事和客房部毫無聯繫），提出要送酸奶補償（不知道是否國內酒店有這個傳統送酸奶就能息事寧人，但我們是強烈拒絕的），姐姐我還真不缺。 作為住客我們的角度更傾向於，這種餐飲服務不提升，等於直接砸了酒店招牌，好好一個客房部都要被連累。 最後，我們去了“新相逢”吃了晚餐，沒有對比就沒有傷害，人家餐飲的服務是又熱情，菜也做得不錯。 下次再去永安，大概率會考慮其他的四星以上酒店。但還是要真誠説一句，除去餐飲部這件事，整個入住體驗還是不錯的，特別感謝客房部和前台的工作人員們。祝工作順心！

服務態度很好，周到，入住期間還給我們送了兩瓶蜂蜜水，要退房時看到水喝完了主動給我來瓶礦泉水，👍👍👍環境也不錯，交通方便。五星好評
