It was a short time with CI at 1:00 and CO at 7:30, so I was able to spend without incident. As a smoker, I would have liked a smoking area at least even in a non-smoking room.

I used a smoking room, The room and corridor smelled of cigarettes more than I expected. The room was normal. There was no cleanser or lotion.

I knew about the train tracks, so I was prepared to some extent, but it was more annoying than I imagined. Also, although it looked clean at first glance, it was quite dirty. There is dust on the window frame and mold in the bathroom. . . . I was disappointed that there were spots of mold on the wall of the unit bath, not on the details, but on the places I touched when I stood up and washed my body.

I stayed for about two weeks, but I was able to work in the semi-double room on the 10th floor, which was equipped with the Internet and was on the track side. I didn't read the access guide in advance, so I walked to the national highway side after exiting East Exit A, and I had to ask at Family Mart to find it. You can't see the hotel right away from the exit, so it would be nice to have an information board or something. Although it is located at the east exit of Yokohama Station, it is very convenient once you get used to the fact that you can go directly to the east exit (PORTA, LUMINE) from Kita East Exit A, as well as the west exit (CIAL and JOINUS), which is connected by an underground passage. Breakfast was at the adjacent PRONTO, but it wasn't crowded and I could choose from several menus. Also, the security is good that the elevator doesn't work unless you touch the card key, but at first I was confused because I didn't know how to get on. There were several other guests who were in trouble, so I thought I needed a more easy-to-understand explanation or description. There weren't enough drawers for small items during my two-week stay, and there weren't enough hangers. Even after cleaning, there was hair left on the carpet and bathroom, and the cleaning didn't feel very thorough. The shower curtain in the bathroom smells strongly of mildew, and the whole room stinks. It is better to replace it though it is occasionally disinfected. There are some minor points, but overall it was a comfortable stay and I would like to use it again.

Check-in and check-out were smooth and comfortable. The area from the station to the ground is wide and complicated, so if you take the wrong exit, you may get lost. I was able to sleep with my 4th grade son without feeling cramped.

The location near the station was very helpful. The room is bright and clean, Although it is a single bed, the bed is the size of a semi-double. I was able to rest comfortably. It's along the railroad tracks, The sound of trains coming and going doesn't bother me at all. As soon as it arrived, the strap of my shoe came off. I arrived late at night and was leaving early the next day, so I was worried and called the front desk. I was given a sewing set which was very helpful. thank you very much.
