很喜歡，雖然我們到達酒店時間是傍晚，也正好趕上了日落，夕陽西下，雲落水中，情不自禁地要拍下這些畫面，酒店內環境很優雅，中庭花園也很別緻，服務態度非常好，工作人員親和熱情，第二天下雨，煙雨江南的美景另有一番風味！下次有機會還會再來，目光所至皆是美景！

特意選了價位高一點的湖景房，可所謂的湖景房，是這樣的視角。幾乎衹能遠遠的看到一個角。一開始給我們的兩間房在四樓，傢俱表面一層灰，感覺很久沒人住了。後來勉強換到五樓，衞生情況好些了，但視角依然如此。勉強接受吧。第二天早餐，這是我吃過最簡樸的五星級早餐。選餐區寥寥無幾，很多都是空位。可能因為入住客人不多，但其實可以變通選擇套餐勾選模式來規避浪費。總之五星級價格，二星級體驗。以後不會再去交智商税了。

房間寬敞，設施齊全，前台服務特別好，一位先生很主動熱情的送我們去房間，幫我們拿行李，一邊還介紹酒店的情況和附近的景點。第二天中午在中餐廳用餐也很滿意，菜餚可口，性價比也不錯，服務小姐也很貼心。下次還回來雲湖國際。

入住雲湖別墅區套房，超級寬敞，連帶大陽台可以觀景。賓館隔壁即是雲湖風景區，環境優美。晚飯可在雲湖賓館內用餐，量足而且價格實惠。別墅區夜間非常安靜，早上還送西式早餐至別墅餐廳，起床下樓就能吃到早飯，服務十分周到。停車場大，連續二日停車進出都很方便，值得推薦雲湖國際會議中心。

從常州來的，感受很好！酒店很安靜，周圍環鏡很好，對面是水庫和山脈，最重要是服務員都很好，前台李娜耐心回答我的諮詢，最棒的是餐廳的顏秀芳，我午餐和早餐都碰到她，服務專業，態度耐心，對我家孩子很有愛心，幫助我很多，和她約好下次再來找她，此次讓我對宜興人和雲湖國際有很好的體驗，下次週末還要來

周邊環境挺好的。大覺寺也在旁邊。酒石酒店的泳池不開放，帶着小孩去小孩很失望。希望酒店能把泳池開放起來。

我們在雲湖酒店住了兩晚，酒店離大覺寺和雲湖景區很近，周圍自然環境很美。就是酒店房間設施太過陳舊，尤其是地毯很久沒有清洗過了，污漬遍地，衞生間門淋浴門和廁所門設定也有問題 使用不方便 ，我們住的房間是有大床房改成雙床房的，閲讀燈的位置不對，窗外湖景也被樹木遮擋，衹能看到一點湖。更為嚴重的是第二天早上吧枱處頂棚漏水了，不是一點也是一片。
