Poor service attitude and awareness! 1. After the guest checks out, if there is a lost item, the hotel will not inform it after discovering it. After a few hours, we went to another city and found it and then called the union before admitting it. 2. The guest asked for postage, but he firmly refused to provide free postage, claiming that there was no such service. We stayed in the most expensive luxury parent-child room in the hotel for two nights. We didn't care about the postage cost, but the poor service attitude of the hotel. 3. The hotel provides free parking, but it takes a long time to wait for the security guard to come out under the scorching sun. After we called the hotel front desk twice, the security guard arrived 7 minutes after a distance of 40 meters, and had a bad attitude. 4. On the first day of check-in, we drove more than 700 kilometers to Yinchuan. We hoped to have a good night's rest. We clearly set up facilities such as do not disturb outside the room and the doorbell was turned off. However, the hotel staff smashed the door at 8 o'clock in the morning on the grounds that we would clean up early and leave work early. 5. During the check-out stage, guests must stand respectfully at the front desk and wait for the formalities to be completed. They cannot wait in other areas, otherwise the front desk staff will not inform the process of the procedures. We do not understand the local rules of Yinchuan. After sitting three meters away from the front desk and waiting for 15 minutes, we took the initiative to ask and found out that the formalities have already been completed. The five front desk staff did not have time to inform us that we can leave! Please keep in mind those who are lucky enough to stay in this hotel in the future!
