飯店蠻好找的，那一整條路都是飯店業者哈哈，艾玹爾的照片是紅色的。一樓大廳有零食（房間內不再附）官網寫大廳有24h輕食吧，不過櫃檯告訴我們到10點，不知道哪個才對，但不用期待，就餅乾而已。（我使用306房）房間及浴室的空間都大，浴室甚至可以用寬敞形容，泡湯池是4*6的地磚大，男生泡，腿也能打直。不過浴室地板很髒，水沖了很久都還有渣，我最後沖了很久。水力很夠，蓮蓬頭不能調節，一段而已，但水力真的強，讚。床頭櫃也有一點點食物殘渣。 6樓有泡腳池、兒童遊戲室。早餐普通（跟我在google 看到的照片不一樣），有麥片牛奶，清粥小菜，小菠蘿麵包，葷菜兩盤，素菜四盤，咖啡機。

位置非常好 非常方便 還有停車場就在旁邊而已
一樓都有餅乾跟飲料可以自取 六樓還有半露天泡腳池
還有兒童遊戲室 可以讓小朋友好好放電 非常喜歡

旺中帶靜的旅館，大堂有不同的小食飲料提供。
房間洗澡和泡湯不是分開的，就有一點點麻煩。
新年連住三晚前台送了伴手體，整體感覺不錯！
台灣的酒店旅館隔音普遍都不太好。
鄰近湯圍溝公園、礁溪火車站，交通方便。

預定的是雙人房，但當晚入住時櫃檯幫我升等成四人房。
房間空間很大，有小客廳可以坐下來吃零食，還有小冰箱跟除濕機，房間不覺得有濕氣，沒有霉味的問題。
衛浴設備就比較簡單了，雖然浴缸很大，但是沒有乾濕分離，洗澡一定要站在浴缸裏面，但這樣就不能同時放溫泉水了。
而且浴缸太大了，溫泉水的水量又有點小，等待水放滿感覺要等很久，所以當天只泡大概一半水位的溫泉，不是很過癮🥲
飯店位置很好，走出去三分鐘就是湯圍溝公園了，附近吃飯買伴手禮都很近。
飯店一樓櫃檯有放小點心可以拿回房間吃，隔天早餐的餐廳雖然不大，小而巧吧菜色算是豐富的，吃得飽的☺️
