春節期間感覺性價比挺不錯的，一個大床一個小床，一家三口正好。位置好，去親戚家方便。自助餐也不錯，不過吃的人不多，看的出來，酒店之前應該是宴會的首選。有機會還會再住

房間空間設施都挺好的，整個酒店設施也比較完善，交通也方便，去cbd和小吃一條街步行十分鐘
前台也很nice，有問題處理也很快，很好
唯一就是裝修時間稍微久了一點，不過設施服務都很不錯，而且每天還送一個果盤，贊👍

朋友介紹的，位置非常好，雖然在市中心但是房間很安靜。停車場很大，停車很方便。四十多年的老酒店了，國企氛圍很濃。房間還可以單獨加早餐，自助早餐很方便，小朋友很喜歡。家庭旅遊訂房很方便。

酒店位置很好找，大堂到酒店房間內部都讓人覺得很值得，房間細節對得起國企兩個字，從名字葛洲壩也能看得出是這個城市以前的高標準酒店，現在也很好，性價比極高，前台工作人員態度都很好，認真負責，下次過來依舊會選擇葛洲壩賓館👍👍👍

繼春節期間連續入住9晚後，4月再次入住2晚.由於預訂的商務標間衹有棋牌房，我們不喜歡，前台非常熱心為我們升級了套房，感謝葛洲壩賓館4號晚當班的前台美女！淋浴間的下水很困難，估計是年代久了淤積的頭髮雜物原因，還有抽風后下水道的氣味很大，希望能改善！

房間很寬敞，趕上中秋還送了水果和月餅。
進去以後寫了“歡迎回家”，不論如何，細節很舒服就是了。
酒店停車很方便，離幾個商場也近，方便吃飯。去江邊也不會太遠，不想開車打車十幾塊錢就到了。
沒有含早，不知道早餐如何～期待下次體驗。

在前台辦理入住，前台徐夢萱服務很熱情，地理位置很好，交通便捷，房間很安靜，開門就有新鮮的水果，性價比很高，離江邊不遠，晚上可以去江邊散散步。下次來宜昌還會入住該酒店，這次時間比較趕，下次來好好體驗一下。

前台服務態度差，明明可以在網上續房，想着一間一間的續房太麻煩，直接到前台報了所有房間號碼一次**錢續費，所有房間號寫在紙上給她，結果一查説前台續費加50元每間房，我説直接到攜程APP上面操作續費，結果呵呵沒房間了，結果前台要求在前台續費每間加50，我再也不住這酒店了，兄弟姐妹們，小心套路。續費衞生就是給你把床單鋪好，我根本不敢要求重新換，怕又要加錢。
