Quite interesting and unusual hotel! There are rooms with arcade game machine! The personnel is professional and friendly. Very interesting interior design! The distance to the nearest attractions might be not walkable but easy to reach by taxi. Not far from railway station and next to a bus station. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I had such a good time here for one night. It is very close to the beach with a breath-taking view and we enjoyed the breakfirst served here. I really enjoyed jogging as it is right next to the running path.

The hotel is located right on the beach. Very beautiful. Hotel is a bit dated. Rooms were nice but older furniture and carpets. There was only one electricity plug next to bed and it didn’t work. When we checked in and went to the room, the room keys wouldn’t work, so we had to go back down to the front desk, and they just assigned us to the room next door. The worst part was that the room was extremely warm, 28 Celsius! I called the front desk and they sent a maintenance worker to “look” at it. But the AC was broken. Instead of putting us in a different room with a working AC, the hotel brought a swamp cooler to our room. The swamp cooler was extremely loud, but it did cool the room down for the night. But the next day, the room was hot and we checked out early because we simply were not enjoying ourselves. We also wanted to order room service, but the hotel didn’t have the items in the menu available that we wanted :(. I ordered a hamburger, but it was gross. There are many nice hotels to stay at in Yantai. The Sheraton used to be one of them…

I stayed at the Hyatt during the National Day holiday this year. This was my first time staying at a Hyatt hotel. The experience was very good. The facilities and environment are very good. I recommend that everyone stay in a sea view room. Since I signed up for a local tour, I had to get up early to pick him up. For us, the sunrise at five or six o'clock in the morning was so beautiful. The endless sea and beautiful sunrise were unobstructed from upstairs. It was so beautiful. Another thing worth mentioning is the indoor swimming pool. The children especially like it. The first time I stayed in Bihai is the feeling of home. The room is clean, the bedding is warm, the sea is short-sighted, and the Yantai Big Apple is free, which is great. I stayed at the Tianma Hotel during the National Day. Because I had to fly temporarily, I arrived at 10 o'clock. We planned to store our luggage and check in after traveling. The customer service found that there was a clean room and immediately arranged the check-in in advance. The room environment was very good, and the rich breakfast was definitely beyond the 4-star level. The taxi driver also kept praising the boss of Tianma for his good reputation in the service industry. It is indeed very cost-effective here.

The girl on duty patiently explained the reality of how few restaurants were open during the National Day, so I didn't go hungry. excellent hotel. at european standard. the room was a bit too hot at 31°5 and small window was condamned. but we turned off the AC and let the corridor door opened 2 hours and it was manageable. bathroom is great, the bath tub is large enough for 2. the staff is helpfull. the breakfast buffet is enough with western standards available (but the restaurant is a bit cold in morning). the little window on the side had a partial view on the sea. i will definitively stay there next time. with IHG

Pullman hotel is always a great choice when staying in Yantai. It's got a great location next to the Wanda Plaza which has good shopping and restaurants, as well as across the street from this very ancient style looking area which also has good shopping, restaurants, and some bars. Rooms are very clean and our view of the ocean was great. The staff is very polite and helpful from when i checked in to when I checked out, only person's name I remember was Alice Sun. There is also a really cool robot that can bring your food deliveries up to your room if you ask. The only recommendation I would have is it would be really great if there was a more direct pathway to the Wanda Plaza. Currently, you have to walk out the front of hotel and walk around the entire corner to get to the Wanda Plaza. Not a big deal at all but it would be great if there was a pathway or steps from when you exit the hotel, go directly to your left into the parking lot and can walk right down to the Wanda Financial Center over to the Wanda Plaza. Saves you an extra few minutes. :)

There is a long uphill to the hotel. The building we live in has to carry luggage up to most of the steps. The room and bathroom are very compact. There is no spare space after putting down the suitcase. The bathroom clothesline has been worn seriously and the latex pillow is very soft and comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights, the hotel did not replace the wet bath towels, did not provide the next day toothbrush, mineral water is unlimited. The bus station is very close, Yantai bus is very developed, bus travel is very convenient, ticket prices are 1 yuan.

The ladies at the front desk were very enthusiastic and gave me a small dessert upon check-in, which was so touching. The location is very convenient and fruits are delivered to the room. Ctrip can also check in in advance, which is convenient for us to store and organize when traveling. They also called in advance to note what time we would check in and reserved a room in advance.
