五一期間的房價性價比還是不錯的，漲幅相比其他酒店不大。訂的房間為1大床+1小床，床挺大的，床墊偏軟。總體還是不錯的。出行方便，長假期間外地遊客憑身份證免費乘坐公交線路，酒店周邊公交站挺多，四通八達，離瘦西湖西門和南門也不算遠，大人走走逛逛也就到了。有時比堵車感覺還快一點。酒店算老牌五星，大堂入口不在主幹道，一開始容易錯過。辦理入住時，因房間還沒好，稍微等了一會，送了一張咖啡店的飲品券。憑房卡乘電梯，房間挺大，有浴缸和淋浴，挺方便的。住了2晚，送了2份水果，這還是挺少有的，一般酒店都是首日送水果。看我們泡澡了，還送了一個一次性泡澡袋，還是很貼心的。總體來説，優質的服務彌補了硬件上的些許不足，入住期間感受還是不錯的。

相當好的酒店👍前台人員熱情業務熟練效率高、樓層服務員熱情有禮貌，酒店衞生好、房間設施齊全，特別是馬桶上配備了清潔設備👍👍。
酒店早餐特別豐盛、味道極佳且每天都不重樣👍 酒店地理位置也棒，周邊各類生活服務設施齊全、方便。酒店距瘦西湖風景區西大門步行不足一公里路程。
特別好的一次入住體驗👍

性價比很高的酒店，恪守星級酒店的本分，又不失與時俱進的風格。位置鬧中取靜，周邊吃喝購物十分方便，酒店服務很温馨，遇到的每一位工作人員都很親切有禮。酒店早餐的餛飩好吃，每天必點一份，負責煮餛飩的帥小夥也是很暖心。客房服務員還貼心送上一次性泡澡袋。

入住時快半夜了，前台穿白襯衫的大哥人非常好，非常禮貌客氣，看我們是帶孩子出來玩還給我們張旅遊地圖，提醒我們提前預約景點，入住後保潔阿姨也非常好，每天給我們水果，還給了洗衣液，衞生間還有一次性浴缸套，非常感謝，房間每天打掃的乾淨整潔，離開時非常早，又遇到了前台大哥，看我們行李太多還幫我們搬行李，非常感謝，整體入住感受非常好，酒店的水也是一個亮點，水温水壓非常棒

酒店進入口位置不太好找，能標註一下轉彎位置就更好了，進入酒店門口後寬敞，停車場方便停車，特別貼心的酒店，前台服務員看到我們壺，怕房間內贈送礦泉水不夠喝，需要隨時可以找她們。我們外出後，客房服務員李姐打掃衞生時看到我們拿浴巾當枕頭，特意給我們備了小乳膠枕頭，特別舒服。温暖的酒店值得推薦。

第一次在揚州住五星級酒店。各地錦江不完全一樣，揚州高級雙床房沒有浴缸。酒店大堂有點小。其他都很好。房間窗面向北，可以看到大明寺塔。五層餐廳有個屋頂水景，可餐後散佈。
