設施：設備齊全 停車場很大 酒店五樓也可以停車很方便 可以直接進入酒店大廳辦理入住 很方便
衞生：住宿房間呢也很舒適温馨 住過的維也納裡邊感覺真心不錯
環境：樓層高每次住的房間的空間都不小 旁邊就是萬達廣場 還有小吃街 而且去揚州周邊遊玩的距離也都不遠
服務：前台小姐姐的服務態度不錯 説話都很温柔 有耐心幫忙介紹周邊的景點和美食

樓有些年代感了，但是內部住宿條件還不錯，前台這邊服務很熱情，入住的時候問了我們期望的房間類型可以直接選。而且旺季的揚州，這個價格還是有性價比的。

每次出差到一個城市都喜歡住維也納酒店，因為是深圳本土走出去的酒店，住了二十多年有感情了吧😊不過無論住過的哪一家維也納總體講還是不錯的！這家維也納可能是開得時間久，裝修和設備都比較陳舊了，前台服務還是很熱情的！因為在房間忙工作忘記時間，服務人員在下午6點下班之前主動敲門來打掃房間，還是需要贊一個的！房間很安靜，也夠大，洗手間乾濕分離，都還可以的！美中不足，沒有提供燙衣板，借個指甲剪也沒有！早餐人員可能是外包了吧！服務和品質一般般！希望下次改進後，應該還是會選擇再入住！

房間挺大，裝修看起來有些時間了，套房衹有一個衞生間，一家人用有些不方便，洗浴用品質量不錯。5樓停車場有慢充充電樁，很方便，停車位管夠。早餐喜歡麪條和包子，味道不錯。

家庭房超級大，三面落地大窗，採光超級好，就是設施稍有點舊，旁邊就是萬達廣場，周圍吃的東西特別多，還有一家共和春揚州早茶不錯！
