Yangzhou Slender West Lake Wisteria Hotel

When I went in again, I found that the person on duty at the front desk was lying there sleeping. Yes, you heard me right. They moved. The bed was lying over there and we said softly, "Hey, is there anyone there?" He shouted loudly, "What's the matter?" I was also drunk. How can I escape from staying in a hotel? Then I got up unwillingly and had a very bad attitude (you can check the surveillance). Then I kept being very aggressive. You came over and asked for your ID card. It’s not exaggerating at all. It’s just a little bit of courtesy in the service. If not, it seems like he is begging her to live there. Later, I was asked to call the front desk, but no, no, no. The attitude is really very bad. This is the first time I have encountered this kind of employee in Yangzhou. I can't help but write a review.

At check-in, the staff greeted us cheerfully. There was also a service to guide me to my room and carry my luggage, so I was able to have a comfortable stay. It had good access to surrounding sightseeing spots, and I was able to walk back to the hotel after eating out in the downtown area. We even received a souvenir at check-out, which made our trip truly enjoyable. (I'm sorry about that because there was a lot of dirt in the bath.)

The daytime temperature in Yangzhou is above 31 degrees, and the hotel does not turn on air conditioning. I contacted the front desk and the staff came to the room and said that the air conditioner in the computer room was turned on. However, the temperature in the room was always 28 or 29 degrees the next day, and mosquitoes bitten me all night. I couldn't bear it anymore and complained to the front desk the next day. The staff turned on the air conditioner in the computer room in the afternoon. But at night, I turned off the air conditioner in the computer room again, and I woke up at around 12 o'clock because of the heat. There were many mosquito bites, so I complained to the front desk again, and I couldn't sleep well all night. If the epidemic affects the hotel business, it can be closed to the public; but if guests stay, they should ensure the basic facilities. If you can't even provide the most basic facilities, why open a hotel? Will not come again!

第一次住紫藤酒店，沒想到體驗感超級好，剛到前台服務員就笑臉相迎，並且親切的幫忙把行李拿到房間，真是賓至如歸的待遇。房間非常舒服乾淨，住宿體驗感非常棒！周圍繁華熱鬧，交通特別方便。非常推薦來揚州住紫藤酒店！

週末帶長輩來揚州看看春色 這家酒店挺特別的 內部有兩個小園林 雖然小 但遮不住春色滿園 房間很寬敞 夜晚幽靜舒適 應該有的設施配套都齊全 酒店的地理位置也好 周邊一切都很方便 但歸根結底 客房人員的服務最是令人印象深刻 真是有種賓至如歸的感覺 門口有個小庭院 種植着傳説在元代馬可·波羅手植的紫藤 距今七百多年了 我特意去看了一下 穿越古今的紫藤 在高處開出了幾串

感謝該酒店給我們的熱情周到的五星級優質服務！特別感謝酒店張經理和在前台的陸經理根據我們客人的需求想法協調幫我們安排好了房間，到了酒店得到前台小高（工作號52號）熱情周到的服務，幫我們老年人把行李一直拿到房間，還主動介紹旅遊景點以及賓館各項業務，還樂於助人幫助拿碘酒創口貼等給予傷口消炎，前台小劉也工作認真仔細核對。客房部服務人員也服務很好，晚上還送暖心的甜品，離店時小高還送了伴手禮，使我們這次旅遊感到很温暖！下次我們還會再帶朋友來，再次感謝！

環境：有個小園林挺有特色的，小孩子很喜歡。 衞生：房間很乾凈，還有直飲水，服務員還特地告知如何使用很貼心。 酒店的床很舒服。 服務：酒店工作人員服務態度很好，都很有禮貌，感受度太棒了。還給耐心指路。下午還有酸奶小點心，很貼心，退房的時候還送了揚州特產，太讚了！有機會來揚州還來紫藤，感受太好了。唯一缺點是房價們的隔音效果一般，可能我們是早班飛機比較早睡，其他遊客是晚上入住，但是總體對我們影響不大。可以忽略不計。 酒店可以點餐，價格親民還有小份菜，不想出去排隊可以在酒店吃。早餐也可以，揚州的包子都不錯，味道可以。

酒店真心覺得不錯，首先環境很不錯，前後都有小花園，鳥語花香的，很幽靜。酒店服務也很好，我們連住3天，每天都有贈送水和小零食，退房時也有伴手禮送，感覺很温馨。酒店的位置也不錯，除了大運河博物館需要打車，瘦西湖，個園，何園東關街都是步行可以到達的地方。
