酒店不錯，房間空間算大，包含的早餐晚餐都很贊。入住的台灣人很多，露天温泉基本給他們的旅行團包場的，普通散客衹能用室內的。有台灣服務生，中文可以溝通。離樹冰的纜車要開車半小時。

酒店服務真的極好!!!! 當天突然下暴雪,JR停運, 我比預期到達時間還晚了3-4小時, 快要晚上12點才到達JR站。結果,酒店幫我預留了我們6人的晚餐, 還到JR站等我再用接駁車送我!!!! 到達酒店食飯時, 米飯還是每人即煮的,飯和燒肉都是熱的, 而且甜品還放在雪櫃裡。真的令我十分驚喜! 我非常推薦這間酒店! ホテルのサービスは本当に素晴らしいです!!!! その日は突然の吹雪でJRが運休し、予定より3～4時間遅れてJRの駅に着いたのは12時近くでした。 その結果、ホテルは私たち6人の夕食を予約し、シャトルバスに連れて行ってもらう前にJRの駅で待っていてくれました!暑いし、デザートはまだ冷蔵庫にあります。 本当に嬉しい驚きでした!このホテルを強くお勧めします! It comes out from the medicinal pot of the Yakushi Nyorai statue, which is the guardian deity of the hot spring. Dinner will be served in your room. For dinner this time, it is said that they will offer dishes that are particular about local Yamagata ingredients. Titled "Countryside Gottsu" various.
