Good location. Parking is bright and safe. Breakfast is good. We got river view room. Hearing the sound of running water is so calming. The only down side is the water not running down properly in the tub. Pool is outdoor and open 9am-9pm.

Stayed one nite. Mexican restaurant next door overated Walkway by the river nice. Burger King next door was good. Breakfast was average. Out side pool and jacuzzi was cold.

Breakfast ends way too early. Starts at 6 and ends at 9:00. Doesn’t work for late night travelers

It was adequate for my one night stay, but it is an older building and you can hear everything between the rooms and hallway. No noise insulation at all. The toilet reminds me of a toddler's training toilet; very small.

Older hotel and it shows. Could use renovations. The staff was nice and it is next to a small river (I would call it a large creek) that every room has a view of.

I like staying at this place because it sits on the river, has easy access to the freeway and it’s clean. You get free breakfast but if you show up a minute past 10am to get anything from the dining area the manager will bite your head off.

I’ve stayed here several times whenever I’m in the Yakima area visiting friends. Room is always very clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Room has no usb charge ports but that’s no big deal. Nice view of the river. Breakfast is just ok. Comfortable beds.

Pretty rundown even after a supposed upgrade, sketchy area (hitch cover was taken overnight). Would not recommend.
