I enjoyed my stay. The front desk service was very good. They treated me very well and explained everything. The pool was opened to my surprise, but when I enquired before booking I was told the pool is closed due to the pandemic, which didn't make sense because a negative nucleic acid test was required. Breakfast was not so good this time around. I suggest they go back to a buffet set up in order to accommodate us foreigners who can't read the menu.

We wholeheartedly thank our beloved Palmyra, which has become a second home for us during the global epidemic. We stayed in this hotel for 6 months-because we couldn't go back to China. And we can confidently say - this is a hotel with excellent staff! They are decent, friendly, and always ready to help sincerely. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, the pool is excellent, the bath is comfortable, the breakfasts are plentiful, close to restaurants and the cheapest massage on the island, the sea with a beautiful entrance. It’s a nice hotel, in need of updating. It’s close to a metro line (6-7 min walk) and it super close to the lake. It’s ok a main road so it’s not too hard to find. Check in was simple and easy. The staff were friendly and they gave me a nice room.

In fact, your price advantage is not big, but the location is really good. It takes up to 15 minutes to walk to Binhu Park. Conditional recommendation is to live in Marriott, the best location. (I don’t know what other people think about the fragrance in the room, I personally think it’s better to have no fragrance in the room)

600+，三人兩日門票，還有早餐，真的不要太合適。房間和圖片一樣，但是每間房應該是有差別（有退房的開着門看到的）。總體來説是不錯的，就在樂園門口，乾淨衞生，走廊有飲水機，房間也是三瓶水。有掛衣服的，還有個小愛音箱，進房時空調是打開的。不足的是小童洗漱用品衹有牙刷，牙膏不是小童專用，也沒有小童洗髮護髮，這個天，還好不用非得洗。隔音不好在於門縫大，門口路過人聽得清楚。早餐口味一般還可，類型比較齊全。工作人員的服務態度都是挺好的，就算人多，亂哄哄的也沒有不耐心。園區打卡了兩天米線，套餐價格合適，也好吃。三點之前人是很少的，幾乎都不用排隊。三點之後也還好，最多排隊20分鐘。孩子玩的很開心，如果在徐州本地居住，必辦年卡。
