房間很整齊乾淨衞生，各種設施也齊全，水電暖都很好，關鍵是前台非常熱情。還有就是離礦大南門非常近，從窗户裏就可以看到南門，過來看孩子居住是非常適合的旅店。

房間不錯，但最好的應該是前台服務了，真的有種學校宿管阿姨的感覺，有問題可以及時解決，很親切，住的還是很開心，就是房間隔音一般。

距離中國礦業大學南湖校區一路之隔，距離產業技術研究院不到500米，適合到附近辦事時居住，房間寬敞，設施還算乾淨齊全，美中不足的是沒有早餐供應，樓下附近可以解決。
