Had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself had plenty of amenities and was kept at a perfect temperature during the cold winter I stayed. Location was also perfect, very close to some of the best places in Xuzhou. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

There is a shopping center next to the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and entertainment. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is good, and the parking lot is free. ①前台辦理入住服務感覺很好，辦理入住後前台工作人員在不忙的情況下，能夠主動引領客人至電梯口，並告知需要刷卡乘坐電梯，前台的服務態度和細節值得點贊
②餐廳工作人員服務細節好，客人用餐後的餐盤能夠及時收拾，
③早餐啥湯味道不錯，，值得點贊！
④要特別感謝餐廳服務人員（好像暱稱叫（貝殼），能夠主動詢問我是否需要幫助，並推薦徐州本地特色早餐啥湯，還要主動幫我盛一碗，讓我品嚐，，看到我烤好吐司後，還主動幫我提供黃油塗抹刀和黃油，在此表示感謝！！

住過那麼多的希爾頓，第一次讓我想給寫差評，由於當天晚上我們去的比較晚，停車也沒有保安給指引，進門辦理入住前台接待也沒有很熱情，都是冷冰冰的，也沒有提前給我們説餐廳在哪個樓層，還的第二天在打電話詢問，酒店設施一般，房間雖然給升級了還是特別小，床單上面有頭髮，洗手池也有頭髮，枕套上面都發黃了，這嚴重違反了衞生標準，也讓我對希爾頓比較失望，房間的開關面板的字太亮了，比小夜燈都亮，睡覺動一下開關面板就亮，隔音比較差，夜裡會有車響聲88元的早餐的菜品比較少，味道一般話，總體感覺很不好，不值4.5百的房價。
