It’s really a right decision to choose Yinyang Hotel for a trip to Xinzhou with friends. The service attitude is super good and it also comes with a free shower. It’s really comfortable to come back for a day and soak and steam. Recommend family members to Yinyang Zhen. It's not a loss (I really don't know how to take pictures)

不清楚為什麼這家店評價都那麼好，説什麼衞生以及早餐都不錯，結果被忽悠了。。首先住一晚的價格在當地來説不算便宜，可是設施配置方面超級破舊，還不如那種小旅館，其次一般酒店標間都配有兩瓶免費礦泉水，可這家居然沒有，有水的要額外收費，雖説廁所裏有個純凈水的水龍頭，請問有誰敢喝？臟死了，和廁所一起！最後，廁所居然都沒有乾濕分區，馬桶很久。反正不乾淨。説是送一次免費的泡澡或者蒸桑拿，對於不喜歡的人來説真不想要，還不如在價格上便宜店來的實惠！肯定有人説不喜歡幹嘛定這個酒店，當時訂的時候衹説送優惠禮品，沒説清楚到底是什麼！最後的最後，早餐真的太差了，説豐盛的我真的不知道怎麼看出來的，就那麼少一點種類！最重要的是，當時在攜程上訂的酒店説會返現5元，結果去了這家酒店，直接讓我付600按金，看我沒額外消費，就把房費給扣了，我問他5元什麼時候返現，大廳那個陳經理和另一個服務員就説了句“那是攜程的問題”，然後不理人了！我去，既然是攜程的問題，你就別扣我房費，就讓攜程直接扣我房費啊，你酒店幹嘛插一腳？想錢想瘋了？！非常差的體驗！第一次來忻州！真的整個印象全敗壞了！如果可以給零顆星我早就給了！總之，請各位擦亮眼睛千萬不要來這家店！亂七八糟！
