I booked a deposit-free room on Ctrip, but the receptionist didn't listen to my explanation and just charged a deposit. Well, it’s okay to just accept it, I just think you don’t give Ctrip face. When I got to the room, I knew that the previous tenant was a smoker, and his ash was still there. However, it would be less embarrassing if the locker room and the hot spring were connected together. It would be great if there were enough towels in the hot spring, and it would be great if the free fruits could be replenished in time. Reminder: Don’t choose to go to the hot springs at night if you can go to the hot springs in the morning, the water quality is two different things.

翔順集團的酒店我全都住過，這個品牌在新興真的沒得説，非常好，清明訂了兩間房，人巨多，新興縣最好的温泉酒店，不敢説是最貴的，因為最貴的在啊六組寺旁邊，最好的必須是，很多玩小朋友玩的設施，還有沖浪池，各種小池子，洞穴冰火兩重天池，幹蒸房，泳池也大，還有機棟樂園，早餐雖然很多人趕上清明假期，很多人，但排下隊也供應的上，房間的毛巾機非常好，乾淨衞生

沒有管家服務！ 設施：床墊軟硬適中，床上用品乾淨舒服，特別是枕頭，我們一家都十分滿意。 衞生：衞生間乾濕分離，衞生間還有個毛巾消毒櫃，但沒用過。房間有地毯有點小污漬，不讓娃赤腳，怕臟了上床把床單踩不乾淨。自助餐廳消毒櫃裏杯子不乾淨，油油的 環境：總體環境很休閑，有球場，住的樓下一樓就是温泉，剛好有嘉年華活動有摩天輪和攤位遊戲，但時間不夠，沒去 服務：中規中矩的服務，問前台那個景點酒店送的象窩山，沒多介紹，似乎不想回復太多。 自助晚餐和早餐的出品也可以，就是飲料咖啡都是沖的！有手工做青團，給了二張票，小朋友做了6個，説不能帶走，但我們又吃飽了，衹能放在那白白浪費了，不夠人性化。 住的是07房間，靠近國道，送上門窗也能聽到車流聲，聲音敏感的慎選

我訂的是豪華温泉大床房，包早餐和自助晚餐帶有温泉泡池的。前台幫我升級了特色温泉房，房間不錯，寬敞明亮、陽台望向温泉區景觀開陽。可能是假日吧早餐和晚餐都非常多人，餐廳品種多樣，餐廳也大。還是值得推薦的👍👍

房間被子有點潮；早餐沒有現磨咖啡有點掉檔次；自助早餐中式包點處🈶️幾衹蒼蠅在飛，這個難接受；其他的硬件和服務都還好！酒店套餐包含摩天輪、象窩山和兩大一小早餐！吃早餐時弟弟被叫去量身高，我們弟弟1.25超了1.2米，要加收48元，我們有帶吃的，沒給弟弟補錢，就讓他回去和哥哥在房間吃早餐！（其實這事過去了也沒放在心上，畢竟條款這麼寫，他有收取的理由，我有不吃的自由，不過這件事令我的體驗感確實差了點！）走的時候服務管家讓加微信領小禮物，我們領了一小盒茶葉，後來才知道是讓給好評！管家讓我提意見，我客觀地和管家説了，很多酒店會在早餐上對小朋友身高不會太嚴，或者在入住的時候給送我家兩個小朋友早餐，希望我好評，下次還入住！他們酒店是卡死了小朋友的早餐，令我體驗感不好！不是服務員的錯，而是酒店的理念不好！直戳帶孩子出行家庭遊的心！本來不想評價的，既然酒店讓提意見，那就和大家一起共勉吧！

房間寬敞明亮，床單被套浴巾浴袍乾淨整潔，前台客服熱情有禮，同學聚會一次訂了六間房，早餐晚餐全包，食材新鮮，品種豐富。葡萄園採摘，浪漫摩天輪，蓮花温泉無限泡，翔順象窩伴手禮心滿滿。朋友們大呼“不是隔壁的禪泉泡不起，而是翔順金水台更有性價比”！

房間很好，全温泉水也很棒，有自帶泡池非常舒服，服務員很有禮貌、熱情，早餐也非常豐富，環境優美、乾淨，值得來享受，設施齊全，房間產品配置也很好，送的茶包禮品很好喝

環境挺好的，設施也不錯，總體感覺更適合團建開會的單位來，有兩點影響了體驗感， 一個是人好多，吃自助餐時有些菜品要排了很長的隊，而且隊伍排得亂亂的，影響了夾其他菜品。 另一個是房費送了雙早和雙晚，但是孩子超高了，在門口補了早餐和晚餐，一共108元，性價比極低，建議推出適合更合理的套餐價格。
