房間很乾凈，洗手間花灑和熱水都很給力，床鋪也很軟，夜裡好安靜。樓下就是西寧書城，適合帶娃入住，唯一不足就是房間有窗户，可是外面是一層大廈玻璃，沒有對流空氣，房間衹能開風扇了，因為這邊住宿大部分都也沒有空調的。

是朋友介紹而訂了這家酒店，稍微有點失望，房間比較老舊，床頭沒有充電插頭，好在服務員及時送來接線板，但電線不夠長，衞生間需要改進了。還有就是早餐沒有如朋友所説的非常豐富，但還能接受。停車費要住客自己付，費用不高，但總覺彆扭。

挺滿意的價格適中，帶家人青海旅遊住了四天，部分房間無早餐，續訂後送早餐兩份，感覺還行，建議大家定房間時要綜合考慮早餐問題！

周圍交通便利環境一般房間裏的衞生一般房間裏面好像發黴了一樣難聞難道沒有開窗通風過嗎？性價比一般好的是如果家人多可以訂套房帶4張床

本來找的就是帶洗衣房。早上8.30送去洗要求一點前能送回就行。 能辦到但要加急費。那你們宣傳哪門子免費洗衣房。短褲短袖兩件加急費要我50。話裏意思就是你得住兩天才能給你免費洗。 住一晚需要洗衣服服務的。自己好好考慮吧

房間較小，插座太少，這倒可以不計較。但前台服務員服務員態度極差，8月31號當班的一個年輕女人尤其**，一大早就對客人***，好像客人是她的垃圾回收站似的，這樣的前台真是讓客人寒心，因為這樣的**，酒店也不會受客人待見了。
