房間未打掃就接待新客人，床單上面有很多短頭髮和長頭髮、我和我兒子都是男的，還沒睡過就有好多頭髮，我就想睡過多少個客人才換洗床單和被子，我拍了幾張照片

非常不滿意的一次體驗，對比了幾家酒店選擇了此酒店，但是出乎意料。 首先進入房間被套上是臟的 翻開被子 床單也是臟的 第一時間撥打前台電話，打了不下20個（寫了的電話全打了） 沒有一個能打通，於是我們自己下去找的前台。 10分鐘後一個大姐皮頭散發的進來 首先一頓數落 説我們這麼晚打擾她 這個床單被套本來就是這個樣子。吧啦吧啦一大堆。反正就是不願意換。在我們的強烈要求下才給換了。 其次：衞生間的洗髮水和沐浴露 按不出來 再次撥打前台電話 依舊打不通。第二次大姐上來修 沐浴露（二合一） 提了個5公斤的農夫山泉的瓶子 瓶子裏裝的沐浴露。 臟的要死（瓶子） 超級臟。 大姐修完以後一聲不吭 直接走了 而沐浴露還是出不來 出去找人已經不見蹤影 最後大姐拿來一個桶 把沐浴露倒在了漱口杯裏。無語死 客觀敍述事實僅此而已。
