The service is really good. When we arrived at the store at 8:30 in the evening, hurry up and take the children out to eat. After eating, there are already children's slippers and yogurt desserts in the room. It can be seen that the service staff are attentive!

Two standard rooms are set for one night. A standard room has been upgraded with air conditioning, and a standard room has not been upgraded yet without air conditioning. The shower room in the room is leaking. The room without air conditioning is hot overnight, and there is no hot water in the shower. The phone in the room is beautifully set up. Pick up your own phone to communicate. After a few times, a maintenance worker was sent over to deal with it, and it was finally solved, and a small gift was also given. In the summer of Xining, standard rooms without air-conditioning shouldn’t be introduced for guests. The experience is a bit poor. The final service attitude still makes me a little bit ridiculous
