Very good and modern hotel in terms of the quality of the rooms, cleanliness and confort. The only negative points were a bit of sewer smell coming from the bathroom, and the hight pitch noise from the 'oxygen regulating system' that wouldn't stop even if we paused the system (no way to turn it off). By the way what is this system for? We travelled much higher than Xining and never saw this !? Anyway, bring earplugs.

The temperature of the room cannot be controlled. It was hot yesterday but the room temperature cannot be changed from 28 deegre. This means your aircondition system don’t work. When I called your staff they gave a solution of opening the window. They admitted temperature cannot be changed . They said back end people working on it . This means a 4 star hotel air condition system don’t work . The western restaurant food is not good though very costly . The breakfast is very limited and very few option for western breakfast. The taste is not good, coffee is very bad. The reception has no clue initially about the booking from trip.com. Overall very inefficient hotel.
