飯店距離淡水捷運站一小段路，雖不是很遠，但就是路有點不平，拉著大行李算不較不好走
前台服務有禮，房間很大，安靜，但算是比較舊的建築物，所以還是會聽到隔壁的水喉聲音
房間除了有中央冷氣外還配有一部分體冷氣機，若不夠涼舊可以開，不過因爲去的時候是冬天，所以都沒開過
早餐算不錯，中西都有一點，任吃
有停車場可預先登記使用，唯一不好是鐵馬沒有反光標示，我朋友的車因此不小心撞到了，還要花一大筆費用維修😓

早餐超級好吃，款式比起其他飯店也多很多，吃完之後很滿足。
加上與捷運站非常接近位置非常方便，可以節省到很多時間能夠快捷地到不同的地方

房間簡潔，空間大，早餐豐富，近淡水車站，對面有7-11，很方便。車站可租自行車，有直達淡水情人橋的公交。

我們住5樓向開揚的停車埸街景，但室內較暗，偌大房間其實可放一大茶几及梳化。由捷運站來會館很方便。服務員每天似只在早上清潔房閒，宜有一「請勿打擾」及「請打掃」牌子讓房客選擇。我曾在服務員正打掃其他房間時請她不用清潔我房。我們由外面回房，找不到服務員清潔及換毛巾，便到5樓辦公室告訴職員請她找人打掃，可惜後來晚餐回來後發現什磨都沒換過，亦沒打掃，令人失望。是否不夠職員工作？自助早餐不吸引。依此位置，會館可以做得更好。

環境簡單清爽，雖然設施並不會多，若是要好好休息或鄰近老街，卻是不錯的選擇，且價格還算合理，有附早餐。

第一次入住，卻非常驚豔！不是多豪華，但卻非常舒適和整潔！加上旁邊有鄞山寺，讓我們覺得格外有味道，不枉費取消原來預定的改住這裡了！

位置就在淡水捷運站附近，離市區很近，附近吃的東西很多，素食店也很多，這是在其他地點較少見，不用走很遠就可到達淡水老街。
