酒店房間超大，前台服務很好，門口老斧子幫忙停車，內蒙人熱情豪爽，衞生很不錯，客房乾淨整潔，早餐衞生，服務非常負責。一次很好的體驗。

房間乾淨，服務態度好。總共住了12天，認識了大堂經理姐姐。認真負責服務周到，吃早餐時候沒有了奶茶就趕緊給在熬點。打掃房間的時候她也跟着，問有什麼需要。前台也有她的身影，忘記帶房卡了，就趕緊讓保安把門給開開。想説這家老闆有福了，有這樣的員工兢兢業業，生意一定好。還有就是早餐真的不錯，每天涼菜都換着樣來，主食也做的不錯。總體給大大的好評。👍👍👍👍👍

酒店非常驚艷，性價比極高，我是自駕遊帶父母和孩子一起來旅遊，由於是第一次來草原玩本人又有蟲子恐懼症所以在選擇酒店時對環境要求特別仔細，偶然看見了明珠酒店的介紹看見圖片的時候就很驚艷，但是由於之前也碰見過掛羊頭賣狗肉酒店被坑得很慘不太敢相信這個價位可以有這麼精緻的房間，但是由於已經在路上了時間比較緊張最後還是抱着半信半疑的心態就預訂了下來，到了酒店後就被驚艷到了，首先房間面積很大，房間裝修風格和圖片介紹完全一致，走廊和房間內全部鋪着厚厚的毛毯走起來軟軟的，帶娃來旅遊的家庭享福了，孩子在地上跑來跑去的賊放心不用擔心摔倒磕傷，早餐由於本人習慣睡懶覺10點前沒起來過，但是家人去吃説還不錯，雖然比較簡單但常規的早餐品類都有，給前台的領班小姐姐（苗慶萍）服務點贊，非常熱心腸，有問必答，知曉客人想看當地最大的印象表演（馬都）還主動幫忙聯繫預訂由於我父親腿腳不便，還貼心的選擇了特別好的位置，價格還優惠很多這裏就不説多少錢，避免給當事人和酒店造成麻煩，詢問購買當地特產訊息時也會給出合理的建議和避坑指南，非常給力，酒店位置極好停車方便，周邊2-3公里內全是網紅熱門飯店（這兩天過足了嘴癮）距離馬都表演非常近衹有6-10公里，交通位置極好，缺點：美中不足衹有一個地方，就是為了衞生安全酒店提供一次性簡易拖鞋如果衞生間有水的情況下容易打滑，但是基本上所有酒店全是提供這種的唉….魚與熊掌不可兼得，第一次來錫林浩特就喜歡上了這裏，有機會還會帶家人一起來旅遊，此酒店不二之選，酒店老闆快看這裏，快快給苗慶萍小姐姐升職加薪，有這樣的人在才會讓顧客有賓至如歸的感覺。

酒店可以，網絡很好，房間整潔，但唯有不足是浴室不是乾濕分離，沖完涼基本上地全濕了。早餐8點半下去基本沒啥了，剩下奶茶，餅之類，口感嘛，可以滿足吃飽吧，希望有炒麪之類的主食。
